Meet Brittany Dorsey

We were lucky to catch up with Brittany Dorsey recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Brittany , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My work ethic was forged through adversity. At just 16, I carried the responsibility of not only providing for myself but also supporting my mother and younger brother. While overwhelming at times, this experience taught me resilience, a strong work ethic, and the importance of working with intention to meet every need. Through years of hands-on experience, I developed a standard of excellence—learning what it takes to perform at a high level and create meaningful impact.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am the Owner and Founder of Tari Blends—a fresh, raw juice service based in Atlanta, Georgia. Most days, I’m simply trying to keep up with the pace of my growing business. When I first created my brand, my only intention was to make a little extra money—I had no idea I was stepping into a full business that would completely shift my life and propel my days forward.

In addition to running Tari Blends, I’m also a content creator. I create content to encourage people in my community to feel seen, to chase their wildest dreams, and to normalize the ups and downs that come with building your dream life from the ground up, primarily on Youtube and Instagram.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The three qualities that I believe have been the most impactful on my journey are spiritual sensitivity, self-awareness, and hunger.

My spiritual sensitivity has guided me into spaces that I could have never entered on my own strength. It has allowed me to discern people, places, and opportunities far beyond what my human understanding could grasp. I truly believe my spirit has given me divine strategy—one that has continuously propelled my life forward.

Self-awareness has helped me connect with people beyond the surface. As an introspective person, I feel deeply and remain constantly aware of the interpersonal experiences that shape who I am. Because of this, I’m able to offer language, empathy, and comfort to others navigating similar paths, helping them feel seen and less alone.

Lastly, hunger—I have an unwavering desire to change the trajectory of my family’s bloodline. Though I was born into a family impacted by generational trauma, I’ve always held a deep hope to rewrite the narrative. Even before I experienced success, I was willing to do whatever it took to create it. That same hunger still lives within me today, fueling my drive and serving as my daily motivation to keep pushing forward.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I’m looking to collaborate with individuals who are passionate about creating space for authentic, genuine connection—those who are unafraid to normalize uncomfortable conversations and give a voice to the topics that many shy away from.

For my business, Tari Blends, I’m seeking to partner with corporate companies that are interested in enhancing their customer experience through wellness. Organizations looking to incorporate wellness stations into their activations or events are an ideal fit for collaboration.
