Hi Brittnei , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
As the CEO of Brain, my resilience stems from the support of my team. They are the backbone of our company, providing the necessary support to help us persevere through challenges. Our team follows the mantra of “resilience over complacency,” reminding us to prioritize resilience in the face of adversity. We have a culture of staying on top of each other, offering encouragement, guidance, and assistance during difficult times. This collective effort and mutual support within the team contribute greatly to my personal resilience as a CEO, allowing us to navigate obstacles and maintain a strong sense of determination.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m thrilled to share more about my journey and the passion that drives me professionally. As a personal trainer and wellness coach, my focus is on guiding individuals toward a holistic approach to health and well-being. What excites me the most is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives by combining my love for helping others with my enthusiasm for fitness.

What sets our brand, “Be Resilient Anytime In Nature,” apart is our commitment to reconnecting individuals with nature for both physical and mental well-being. We believe in the transformative power of nature to enhance self-esteem and contribute to becoming the best version of oneself. Our team shares a common mission, emphasizing the importance of nature in various aspects of life, from skincare products to outdoor personal training.

Currently, our focus is on providing natural skincare products, outdoor personal training, and information on herb consumption through “Be Resilient Anytime In Nature.” We are excited about the upcoming launch of wellness coaching services and new additions to our skincare line in 2024. These additions represent our continuous dedication to evolving and offering comprehensive solutions for the well-being of our clients.

Overall, our brand is not just about fitness; it’s a lifestyle that embraces nature, self-care, and resilience. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their physical and mental health, and I believe that our approach truly reflects the essence of a balanced and fulfilling life.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Absolutely! Adaptability, financial management, and effective communication are indeed integral components for achieving and sustaining business success.

Adaptability is the cornerstone of navigating the dynamic landscape of changing circumstances, market conditions, and customer demands is crucial for business success. Being open to new ideas, and embracing innovation.

Financial Management, on the other hand, provides the bedrock for a business’s stability. A solid understanding of financial management is essential for maintaining a business. Including skills such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Effective Communication and Relationships serve as the glue that binds a successful business together. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders are vital for maintaining a successful business.

When it comes to Adaptability you need to be open to learning and trying new things, staying updated on industry trends and changes, seek advice and perspectives from different people. Financial Management you can learn about basic financial principles. Consider hiring a finance expert if need be, and regularly review your financial statements and cash flow. Last but not least Communication and Relationship Building is very important. Practice active listening and show empathy. Encourage open communication within your team, and build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners through networking and community engagement.

Our ideal clients are individuals who prioritize their holistic well-being and are committed to embracing a balanced lifestyle. We seek those who value education on wellness practices, are open to holistic health options, and have an interest in outdoor personal training.
