Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brittney Graf. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Brittney, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
My purpose didn’t arrive wrapped in clarity—it came wrapped in rebellion.
The early days? A masterclass in what not to do. I was working for a brand that looked like luxury on the outside but felt like fast fashion on the inside—rushed, soulless, and focused on transactions over transformation. It didn’t sit right with me… because it wasn’t right.
I kept trying to earn a seat at a table—until I realized I didn’t even like what they were serving.
So, I built my own damn table.
I stopped trying to fit into someone else’s mold. I started questioning every skincare rule, saying no to playing small, and yes to building something that finally made sense—something the industry was missing.
My purpose came alive the moment I quit asking for permission and started creating a space where high standards weren’t the goal—they were the bare minimum.
So, I built Zero Nine Day Spa for the woman (and man) who demands more. I set out to create a standard.
Now? I work with the crème de la crème. Powerhouses. Glow-getters. Women who want curated, corrective skincare with zero guesswork and total intention.
Zero Nine isn’t just a place.
It’s a movement. A standard. A lifestyle. A love letter to beauty that’s both bespoke and bold.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m Brittney Graf—mama to two spoiled rescue pups, Enneagram 2 to my core, true crime junkie, and a very reluctant grown-up. I’m also the founder and celebrity aesthetician behind Zero Nine Day Spa. But let’s be clear: this isn’t your average facial spot, and I’m not your average aesthetician. Zero Nine is a luxury skincare destination rooted in transformation, intention, and unapologetically high standards.
Professionally? I’m obsessed—with skin, with results, and with rewriting the way people experience skincare. I don’t do trends. And I definitely don’t do one-size-fits-all anything. I specialize in bespoke treatments completely tailored to each patient’s skin, lifestyle, and long-term goals. That includes corrective facials, advanced chemical peels, microneedling, and my signature Zero Nine Method—a results-driven, curated approach that blends science, soul, and serious glow.
What makes it special? The results, obviously—but also the vibe. Everything at Zero Nine is elevated, intentional, and deeply personal. I’ve created a space where luxury isn’t an add-on—it’s the baseline. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re somewhere different. You’re seen. You’re taken care of. And most importantly, your skin is about to experience a transformation.
I work with women and men who are done settling. They want the real thing. They’ve moved past the drugstore phase, outgrown the basic spa circuit, and are ready to invest in real, radiant, lasting skin health. That’s exactly who I built Zero Nine for.
Right now, I’m focused on scaling the Zero Nine experience beyond four walls and into something even bigger—more accessible, more intentional, and just as results-driven. I recently launched my first instant-download eBook (with many more to come), so even if you’re not in Scottsdale, we can still work together to reveal your best skin yet. My website is a curated destination for anyone who’s done settling—from acne-safe product picks and concern-based routines to The Beauty Bible, my blog where I drop skin sermons packed with real transformation—not recycled influencer advice.
I’m here to educate, empower, and elevate—one face, one post, one routine at a time. If your skincare shelf is a graveyard of regrets, your glow has left the chat, and you’re craving expert-only energy with a side of white-glove luxury… I’m the aesthetician you’ve been waiting for.
I’m continuing to expand that mission—launching digital offerings, curated product collections, and skin education rooted in ingredient literacy and intentional routines. I’m the aesthetician you call when your skin’s acting up, your confidence needs a boost, and you’re ready for real change—whether you’ve found your permanent home in my clinic or you’re shopping from your phone.
Bottom line? I’m not here to help you fit in. I’m here to help you stand out—with skin that speaks before you say a word.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Three things changed everything for me: understanding the ever-evolving beauty industry, committing to lifelong education, and never wavering on integrity.
First—this industry moves fast. What’s trending today is tired tomorrow. The aesthetic world is loud, oversaturated, and constantly shifting, which is why you have to stay grounded in your own purpose. Don’t just chase what’s hot—chase what’s true. The moment you start offering treatments just because they’re trending, or partnering with brands just because the check clears, you lose the trust that actually builds a legacy. You can’t buy integrity, and once it’s gone, so is your authority.
Second—be humble in your craft. I’ve been doing this for two decades, and I’m still a student. Ongoing education isn’t optional—it’s the foundation. If you want to lead in this space, you need to know your ingredients, understand skin at a cellular level, and stay curious. Never assume you know it all. The second you stop learning, your growth stops too.
Third—rewrite the rules. Don’t aim to be another version of what’s already out there. You’ll never be remembered for doing the same thing the same way as everyone else. Create what you wish existed. Build the experience you craved when you were just getting started. That’s how you create something iconic—not by blending in, but by building something that can’t be duplicated.
For anyone just getting started: stay in alignment, not in competition. Focus less on what’s popular and more on what’s real. And never sell your soul for the algorithm.
How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal patient? She’s over it. Over wasting money on pretty packaging. Over fads. Over taking advice from people who don’t actually understand skin.
I’m here for the woman who refuses to settle for mediocrity—who values what’s timeless, not what’s trendy.
The ideal Zero Nine patient? She’s the one who’s ready. Ready to stop playing the comparison game. Ready to stop listening to influencers and finally start listening to her skin. She’s ready for a system, a strategy, and someone who won’t BS her.
She’s committed, curious, and unafraid of the long game. And when she commits? She glows. She’s the patient who sends selfies because she can’t believe that’s her skin.
That’s who I do this for.
