Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brodie Lyon. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Brodie , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I got my work ethic from my Dad. My Dad served 27 years in the U.S. Army, did two tours in Vietnam, has a purple heart, bronze star and an Air Medal. My, Dad, Carl A. Lyon, retired as a Command Sergeant Major and is buried at Arlington Cemetery.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I own and operate Lyon Health Spa in Camarillo, CA in Ventura County. I help to heal holistically through non-invasive modalities of Reflexology For The Feet, Red & Blue Light Therapies and Detoxing Ionic Footbaths.

I enjoy helping people find natural solutions to Health, Wellness and Skincare. I’m looking to expand my Reflexology Services By Adding Reflexology For The Hands and Ears early in 2026.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Three qualities or skills that were most impactful include: being a self starter, an unwavering work ethic and my background in marketing and advertising. My advice for those who are early in their journey is learn from the best in your workplace or online. Learning from top performers in my previous positions and online has helped my tremendously with my career and starting Lyon Health Spa.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Yes, I’m looking to collaborate with other spa owners, workers, massage therapists, chiropractors, holistic healers and the like to promote holistic healing and Non-Invasive therapies. I would like to collaborate with Health Fair and Wellness Events and Charitable Events as well.
