Meet Brooklyn Anderson

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brooklyn Anderson. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Brooklyn , so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
Looking at my model sisters on the runway multiple times and them taking me in and letting me walk with with them.. the more times I practiced the more confident I got

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Hello my name is Brooklyn I’m a toddler business owner who recently became a trademark owner of my purses, which is callled “hey pretty girl.” My purses are for all ages.. they come with a personalized card to remind you how beautiful smart and pretty you are… I recently was featured on the cover of Stardom Kids Magazine with a article inside to talk about my brand and business… I’ve really been into fashion shows lately and walking the runway and also being a designer in shows as well.. I just did my first out of state photo shoot in Cleveland Ohio for an upcoming fashion show I have in October hosted by a non profit organization called embrace thy curves… me and mom are super excited because this is also my very first out of state fashion show as well

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Confidence, being yourself and having fun.. in order to get ahead you have to have confidence in yourself.. be yourself and only yourself.. have fun, if you’re not having fun, is it worth it? Mom always say, life is too short not to have fun and enjoy what you’re doing..

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
Yes me and mom are always looking for kids to partner with! We would love to get other toddler or kid business owners together to do a big vendor event to give back to the community…
