Meet Bryce-brocque Johnson

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Bryce-brocque Johnson. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Bryce-Brocque, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

I devolved my confidence and self-esteem through ones I looked up to growing up being my older brother abs uncle. My brother told me, “You can do anything you put your mind to” and “If you want something done do it yourself”, so I’ve ran with those saying from the first time hearing them. Now I carry myself as if I can do everything being very talented, thanking God for who I’ve become to hold my self to a high standard with the confidence that I do have. I know I could achieve every goal I set for myself no matter the level of challenge it may come with.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

As myself being my own brand I do also have my own business called Sayyes / Lilplayaplaya. Right now I’m working on getting into more acting, networking, and also back into making music preferably R&B music. Music is a suite of mine I could pursue in but I’m pushing towards the singing route of it. Right now I’m working on building my car channel as well getting into more cars etc. It’s exciting being a lifestyle influencer cause I could showcase how everything possible and whether you want to profit from it from just doing what you find fun you could and I always encourage one to pick up a camera and record because “Everything is content” one has told me.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The three most important things to help develop and improve your journey is how you not only carry yourself but the quality of what you’re putting out there into the world. People see how much effort you put into something you’ve done and how you put yourself together so you always want to be at the top of your A game whenever showcasing anything you put in the eyes of the people you want to build engagement from. The skills to development will always be available to learn from watching ones who are doing the things you’re wanting to do not only that but going out and attempting to do it yourself learning what to do differently from experience learning what to do and not to do. The knowledge of everything strongly comes from experience being hands on with a lot of things. What I find helpful is seeing what worked from others, scoping out what I could fix and trying everything until something works to learn the areas I’m strong or weak in. Once I figure those out I’m ahead of knowing how to move forward towards my path and growth.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

When feeling overwhelmed I get myself together one. to build my confidence back up because when you look good you feel good when you feel good you do good. Remember to pray and ask God for guidance and staying focused thanking him for how far I’ve come and the high that I’m headed towards. Being overwhelmed is not a bad thing it’s only I sign off wanting better for yourself and it’s fine but just remember that work and effort has to come with that.
