Meet Buffy Werle

We recently connected with Buffy Werle and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Buffy , thank you so much for opening up with us about some important, but sometimes personal topics. One that really matters to us is overcoming Imposter Syndrome because we’ve seen how so many people are held back in life because of this and so we’d really appreciate hearing about how you overcame Imposter Syndrome.

I overcome imposter syndrome by reminding myself that what I offer to the world is unique and valuable. I know that if I don’t know something I can always work to learn more about it.

That being an expert is simply mastering my little corner of the world. By showing up authenticity and putting my best effort forward. And that if I fail that is just a lesson to be built upon.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I run a team of clutter slayers. We help people create more efficient, streamlined systems in their homes and businesses. I believe that organization is the basis to everything. Time, finances and physical stuff benefit from being prioritized and organized.

The best part about helping people get organized is it relieves them of a lot of stress and pressure. It helps soothe their minds and their schedules.

We are currently working on expanding further into the move industry where we help people settle in, in days, not weeks or years. With our help people can cook a meal, take a shower, find their underwater and fall into bed on their very first night in a new home. We bring finesse to the mess.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Perseverance, consistency and discipline. Creating small habits one at a time leads to big gains. Learning to master a new task is just a matter of repeating it day after day. Once a task has been mastered that is the time to add on a new one. Before you know it things are becoming second nature and just a part of being.

If you’re trying to learn something new, start small. Incorporate that into your daily routine and once it becomes second nature add-on.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?

I really enjoyed the E-Myth. It explains how if you remain a technician in your business you can never truly grow. That recreating yourself and your role is your fastest way to success. That trusting other people to do the right thing is your first step in mastering letting go. It was very impactful to me and my business to have this understanding. It is helped me relax and trust my capable team.
