Meet C. Dillz

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to C. Dillz. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

C., so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?

It was something I was born with. Based on my decisions and their outcomes throughout life, my tank of optimism grew, making more room for “hopeful fuel”. I have a buddy who was somewhat of a pessimist. Throughout the years he’d hear me say, “It’ll work out, it always does.” He would continuously witness positive things happen for me to the point where I noticed a minor mindset shift in him. Now I’m at the stage of life where I think optimism and intuition are one in the same. Due to my optimism continuously leading to miraculous occurrences, I now trust my intuition more than I ever have. The combination of hopeful optimism and intuition is very powerful.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

VybeTye is artistic career/business that strives to promote the importance of creativity, Self-love and communal connection through a unique artistic experience! The brand was birthed during the peak of Covid 2020, from a passion for creating and uplifting community. As I toured with this experience, I’d continuously hear, “I’ve never seen anything like this before.” I knew I had something special before the feedback, so that just added fuel to my fire. Tie-dye is a classic art form, with no right or wrong way to perform the craft, so I quickly concluded I had an opportunity for global positive change. A leap of faith was taken, and I decided to fuse my creativity, multicultural upbringing, college degree, wellness practices and worldly travels to shape a uniquely engaging stress-relief experience. VybeTye is a one-of-one entity, driven by the love for creating a more calm, colorful and connected community through tie-dye art, sound bath meditation, and mental/physical health guidance.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Great question! One, my natural ability to work well with others practicing empathy to understand fellow human. Two, my business degree and background which has provided me with expertise in numerous realms of business. Three, my drive to take life far beyond the average. I’d like to add a fourth, which is my creativity. Creativity has influenced my artwork, as well as my mindset to create a positive reality that I enjoy. Since I enjoy life, it only makes sense to pay it forward to the world with VybeTye. My advice would be to live fear free with an open mind and heart, immerse in group activities with different demographics, and continue humbly seeking knowledge.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

Provide a positive household of prosperity that inspired me and my sister to be great. My parents usually encouraged my explorative spirit, supporting my interest in arts and sports. Outside of my personal activities, we also did adventurous things as a family. From simple things like going out for dinner, to extravagant things like family vacations; our family spent time together, creating a deep and loving bond. My loving home provided a sense of safety and comfort which allowed me to simply be a kid. As I reflect on my family life, I have nothing but gratitude because my only focus was to enjoy childhood during my evolution of becoming a young man. I’m BEYOND THANKFUL for the life they provided which positively influenced who I am today.
