Meet Cacia Harris

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Cacia Harris. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Cacia, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

I have gone through some really heavy experiences and chapters in my life. Resilience for me isn’t about being unshaken — its about learning to keep showing up, even when your world changes. Those experiences taught me to find meaning in hard moments, to lean into gratitude, and to believe that even in the darkest seasons there is still light ahead.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I have built my life — and my business — on the foundation of resilience, beauty and intentionality. Having overcome profound challenges, I carry the ability to see meaning in the details and the good in tough times. This perspective is infused into everything I curate in my store — its never just about a product, but about the feeling, the story and the connection it creates.

My boutique isn’t simply a place to shop — its an experience rooted in beauty, craftsmanship and mindful living. Every item is chosen with care, balancing aesthestics and authenticity. My brand is an invitation to slow down, savor and surround oneself with things that truly matter. I want customers to leave with something more than just a lovely product, I hope that it reflects their values and desires for a life well-lived.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back the three skills/areas of knowledge that were most impactful in my journey were:
1. Emotional Resilience – learning how to adapt, process hard experiences and keep moving forward when things felt impossible
2. intuition & decision making – trusting my intuition and making choices that align with my values, even if they weren’t the easiest or the most popular
3. Relationship building – nurturing authentic connections with people who share similar values and can offer support, collaboration, and perspective.

My advice is:
1. building resilience – Start small. Do things that push you out of your comfort zone so you can prove to yourself that you can handle more.
2. Trust your gut – get clear on your values and use them as your filter for decisions
3. invest in people – listen well, follow through, and give without keeping score

How would you describe your ideal client?

My ideal client is a discerning, well-traveled, and health conscious individual who values quality over quantity. They appreciate thoughtful design, ethical sourcing and products with a story. They are drawn to spaces that feel curated, not cluttered and they want their purchases to enhance their daily life while reflecting their taste and values.

My clients aren’t just shopping; they are looking for an experience that feels elevated yet personal. They are willing to invest in pieces that last, whether is home goods, gifts or clothing, and they love discovering unique items they can’t find in big-box stores.
