Hi Caleb , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I definitely get My work Ethic from My Mother . Growing up my Mom had to take care of 5 kids No man, 2 jobs And Be home to Tuck us in at night so just seeing her Sacrifice so much and Get it done day in and day out that makes me want to give my all and Go hard as Possible to make her Proud and hopefully one day Retire her .

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
So my name is Chef Cali and I own CaliKingcuisine Which Is a Luxury Catering Company , And we specialize in Hawaiian Soul Food, As well As Brunches . Our cuisine is much different than what Orlando has to offer . I’m fusing soul food with Asian Pacific Ingredients.. CaliKingcuisine Is launching Calisqueeze and Califreeze Soon. This are MY Juice company and My Ice Cream Company I’m Trying to Launch this Year.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
One of the most “hurtful “ but True things I heard when I first started This was Humble Yourself . Don’t think your Above The Beginner Stage . You have to start somewhere . Always be Open to Listening to Everyone’s point of View. And creativity is something that has Separated me from the field in my industry because I mix creativity with Food and Decor at all my events .

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?
The main obstacle in Life right Now is Just having the Funding to Further My business . Being a personal chef in home events is where u make your money , So after that u have to upgrade and the next step is a Food Truck or a Storefront but it’s Hard to do that when u have life to Pay for and Everyday expenses .
