Meet Cam Kashani

We were lucky to catch up with Cam Kashani recently and have shared our conversation below.

Cam, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
By going through a very tumultuous and difficult time. I had to hit rock bottom in order to come up and remember the truth of who I am. I had very little Self esteem and shaky confidence for a very long time, and it took going through darkness to come up and realize my light.

The actual “how” was through working on myself. Healing traumas, going into the pain and releasing it with love, peeling back the layers of who I thought I was and being with quite a few dark nights of the soul in order to finally reveal my truth.

It was NOT easy but it was WELL worth it.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’ve been coaching women (and a few men) 1-1 for years. I help them realize their power and heal trauma they aren’t aware of. All of it is done with ease and an approach of love. It’s transformational, powerful, and life-changing. I’m also and Intuitive/Psychic and bring that into my coaching — that way I am able to see what may be in the client’s blindspot while also guiding them on future endeavors.

I’m also a speaker — speaking about everything from the Divine Feminine to empowerment to trigger topics like divorce and sexual abuse. I have a podcast called The Cam Kashani Show where I speak about these topics as well, available on Apple and Spotify.

I am also going to partnering with my absolute dearest friend, Amber Mahoney, on a new venture we are building together that will basically catapult the Divine Feminine to life. We will be hosting retreats, masterminds, and a women’s community. We are super excited about this — it will TRANSFORM women who are ready to realize their power and let go of what no longer serves, while being surrounded by a supportive and caring community.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Persistence – I never gave up. Resilience – I always got back up.
Self-Awareness – I know who I am

To embody these traits, you have to work on yourself. You have to love yourself deeply so you never give up. And do the inner work to understand yourself through and through. Without this, you won’t get as far as you are truly able to.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
I take a few step back and breathe. I stop working. I let myself rest. I sit with my husband and my kids. I let myself feel loved and allow my nervous system to come back online.

When you feel overloaded STOP. So many people have stories that say “I can’t, what if something goes wrong or something breaks…” etc. Well what if you break? Then what? That’s way worse. Right? 🙂

So STOP. Take a break. Humans forget how fragile we are. We need to take care of ourselves as much as can. The more you are nourished, the better you perform, the deeper you love, and the more empowered you become.

Ignoring the Naysayers

Almost everything that’s changed the world in a positive way has been an unreasonable idea.

What were the conditions that allowed you to develop your empathy?
