Meet Cam Kashani

We recently connected with Cam Kashani and have shared our conversation below.

Cam , thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

I get my resilience from two places: myself and my parents. From myself, I’ve had to learn how to rise again and again — through heartbreak, personal transformation, and the process of reclaiming my body, my worth, and my power. I’ve faced moments that could have broken me, but choosing to heal and keep moving forward has shown me how strong I really am.
But I also get my resilience from my immigrant parents. They worked tirelessly, endured hardship, and built an incredible life for our family in Los Angeles. Watching their determination, sacrifice, and ability to keep going no matter what instilled in me a deep understanding of perseverance. Their example showed me that resilience isn’t just about surviving — it’s about creating, building, and thriving despite the odds.
So my resilience is a mix of inherited strength and hard-earned personal courage — a combination that continues to guide me in life, in business, and in serving other women.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I have my doctorate in Spirituality, my degree in Spiritual Psychology and my MBA. I’ve spent over a decade guiding women to reclaim their power, reconnect with their feminine energy, and transform their pain into personal strength. Professionally, I’m focused on two main expressions of that work: my company, Divinus LVX, which I co-founded with my best friend and business partner, Amber Mahoney, and my newly released book, Becoming Unfckwithable: A Woman’s Guide to Transform Pain into Power, available on Amazon.
At Divinus LVX, Amber and I create community, transformational programs, masterclasses, and coaching experiences that help women heal from deep-seated wounds, release self-doubt, and step fully into their confidence, clarity, and personal power. What makes our work truly special is that it’s born from lived experience. We don’t just teach theory — we guide from the trenches of real healing, embodying the transformation ourselves, and creating a container where women can feel safe, seen, and supported as they step into their own sovereignty.
The book, Becoming Unfckwithable, is the next step in that mission. It’s a guide for women who are ready to stop shrinking, stop people-pleasing, and turn the pain they’ve endured into fuel for power, clarity, and freedom. It’s a reflection of my own journey through heartbreak, self-doubt, and profound transformation, and it’s designed to help women remember who they really are — unapologetically, fully, and powerfully.
Right now, we’re especially excited about expanding Divinus LVX with new programs, live events, and masterclasses that allow more women to experience this transformation. Our goal is simple: to help women everywhere reclaim their worth, remember their power, and create lives that feel deeply aligned and joyful.
At the heart of everything Amber and I do is this: we know that when women heal, rise, and step fully into their power, they change families, communities, and even generations. And being part of that ripple effect is why we do this work — and why it’s so exciting every single day.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back on my journey, the three qualities that have been most impactful are persistence, self-awareness, and compassion.
Persistence has been crucial because the path of transformation — both personally and professionally — is never linear. There were moments of heartbreak, doubt, and setbacks, and the only way forward was to keep showing up, keep doing the work, and keep believing in the vision even when it felt impossible.
Self-awareness has allowed me to truly understand my strengths, my patterns, and my triggers. By leaning into self-reflection and being honest about my wounds and limitations, I’ve been able to make conscious choices, grow authentically, and create a business and life that align with my deepest values.
Compassion has guided me in how I lead others and myself. Transformation isn’t about perfection — it’s about holding space for growth, making mistakes, and honoring the journey. Both in coaching women and in parenting, cultivating compassion has created deeper connections and allowed real healing to happen.
For anyone early in their journey, my advice is:
Persistence: Commit to showing up, even when it’s hard. Consistency compounds into results over time.
Self-awareness: Take the time to reflect, journal, and ask yourself the hard questions. Growth requires honesty with yourself first.
Compassion: Be gentle with yourself and others. Transformation is a process, not a race — and true power comes from nurturing, not forcing.
These three qualities have shaped every step of my path, and they continue to be the foundation of my personal growth and my work with women.

Do you think it’s better to go all in on our strengths or to try to be more well-rounded by investing effort on improving areas you aren’t as strong in?

I strongly believe it’s better to go all in on your strengths and outsource the rest. When I was running my previous companies, I struggled trying to learn things my brain just didn’t naturally grasp. I spent so much energy forcing myself to be “well-rounded” in areas that weren’t my strengths, and it was exhausting, frustrating, and a little joyless.
Now, with Divinus LVX and my business partner, Amber Mahoney, everything has shifted. Amber is the perfect complement to me — where I shine, she amplifies, and where I struggle, she effortlessly handles it. And vice versa. Work has become fun again. It’s energizing, creative, and collaborative, instead of draining.
My experience has shown me that leaning into your natural abilities, your unique gifts, and your passion allows you to operate at your highest level. Trying to force yourself into areas that don’t align with your strengths rarely leads to mastery or fulfillment. Instead, if you focus on what you’re naturally great at and surround yourself with people who complement you, you create a system where work flows, results multiply, and you can actually enjoy the process.
For me, the lesson is clear: know your strengths, go all in, and build a team or partnerships that fill in the gaps. That’s where the magic — and the fun — truly happens.
