We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Camille Zolman. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Camille below.
Camille, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Honestly, finding my purpose has NOT been a straight path (whose has been?) There have been times when I have truly felt lost, I’ve questioned what I was meant to do, I;ve asked myself many times “what is my purpose?”, but every experience I’ve had in my journey—whether in my yoga practice, breathwork sessions, coaching, or community-building—have made me realize: My purpose is in teaching, facilitating, and creating spaces for transformation.
At Zion Yoga & Wellness Festival, I get to witness this firsthand. Seeing people step into a weekend of healing, connection, and joy (whether through a powerful breathwork session, an inspiring workshop, or simply moving their bodies in nature) fuels me. It’s about more than just yoga—it’s about helping people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Because I truly believe that the wellbeing of one is tied to the wellbeing of all and we all have the power to impact the world but it starts inside with us.
And that’s exactly what led me to create Soul Path—a new sister business evolving from the festival. Soul Path is all about guiding people toward clarity, purpose, and aligned action, helping them take what they learn in experiences like Zion Yoga Fest and turn it into real, lasting transformation in their lives. It’s an extension of my purpose: teaching, guiding, and supporting others in their own journey to find theirs.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
What I Do & Why It’s Special
I create transformational experiences that bring people together, whether through yoga, breathwork, personal growth, business mentoring, or leadership development. One of my biggest passion projects is Zion Yoga & Wellness Festival, a 4-day immersive event set against the breathtaking backdrop of the canyons of Zion National Park. It’s not just a yoga festival—it’s a place for healing, connection, and joy, where people come to rediscover themselves, build community, and experience the magic of movement, mindfulness, and nature.
What makes Zion Yoga Fest so special is the energy. There’s something powerful about being surrounded by like-minded people, sharing in classes, workshops, music, and adventure, all while feeling deeply connected to the land and each other. It’s an experience that stays with you long after the weekend ends.
What’s New?
I’m incredibly excited to be expanding my work with Soul Path, a new venture launching in late 2025. While Zion Yoga Fest offers a powerful weekend of growth and connection, Soul Path is designed to take that transformation even further—helping people find clarity, purpose, and aligned action in their lives. Through more intimate experiences like retreats, workshops, yoga teacher training, and coaching or mentorship programs, Soul Path will be a space for deep self-exploration and leadership development.
Whether through Zion Yoga Fest, Soul Path, yoga classes, breathwork sessions, or any offer I lead, my mission remains the same: to help people step into their fullest, most aligned selves—with more joy, more connection, and more purpose.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, there are three key things that shaped my journey:
1. Adaptability – The ability to pivot, grow, and evolve has been everything to me and my growth. When I first started in business, I thought I had to have it all figured out but the truth is, clarity comes through action. Zion Yoga & Wellness Festival didn’t start out the way it is today; it grew as I listened, learned, and adjusted. And now, as I expand into Soul Path, I’m embracing that same flexibility.
My advice for how to be adaptable is to stay open. Don’t wait because you think everything needs to be perfect before you move forward. Start where you are, try things, and be willing to refine as you go.
2. Community Building – Success isn’t a solo journey. One of the most fulfilling parts of Zion Yoga Fest is the incredible community of yogis, facilitators, and wellness seekers that come together each year. True, deep, authentic relationships whether with mentors, peers, or clients. are everything in a business and in life.
My advice for building community is to surround yourself with people who inspire and uplift you. Go to events, take workshops, build connections, and don’t be afraid to ask for help or collaborate.
3. Courage to Take the Leap – Whether it was launching Zion Yoga Fest, creating my first yoga teacher training, facilitating my first breathwork session, or now stepping into Soul Path, every big step required pushing past fear and trusting myself. Growth doesn’t happen in the comfort zone and if you’re doing something you’ve never done before you are going to be uncomfortable-it’s a universal truth.
If I could share one bit of advice on how to cultivate more courage in business and life it would be to just take the leap before you feel ready. No one ever feels “ready” to step into something new and big, but confidence comes from doing. Start before you have all the answers or before you feel it’s perfect, you’ll thank yourself later.
At the end of the day, personal growth and business growth go hand in hand. If you’re just starting, be adaptable, build community, and take courageous action. That’s how you create something truly meaningful.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Absolutely! I’m always looking to connect and collaborate with passionate, heart-centered individuals who align with the mission of Zion Yoga & Wellness Festival and Soul Path which is all about transformation, connection, and embodied leadership.
I’ve spent years building an amazing community of yogis, wellness practitioners, and conscious leaders, both locally and nationally. But because I was born, raised, and still live in Utah (a place that is predominantly white) I recognize the need to respect, expand and create more inclusive spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Native, and Indigenous individuals within this work in the West. Healing, self-discovery, and leadership development should be accessible to everyone, and I would love to collaborate with teachers, facilitators, musicians, speakers, and brands that bring diverse perspectives and voices into this space. If this resonates with you—let’s connect!
I also love working with coaches, facilitators, wellness entrepreneurs, and conscious leaders who are ready to step into their purpose, refine their offers, and create real impact (and income!) doing what they love. Whether through business coaching, mentorship, facilitating breathwork, workshops, or teaching classes; I guide people through the process of gaining clarity, building aligned businesses, and stepping into their full power as leaders.
