We recently connected with Camryn Mincey and have shared our conversation below.
Camryn, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Purpose is the origin of MomBrain. I was a new mom that was struggling with the transition to motherhood and my co-founder, Jaime, had her first baby a few months after. We were connected via a mutual friend asking if I would be willing to give her some new mom advice. “Absolutely!” was my answer as I didn’t want anyone else to struggle like I did.
The rest is history. MomBrain.com was created.
Moms are so powerful when empowered and supported. Motherhood can be tough, we need the connection.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am the Co-founder and Chief Brand Officer of MomBrain.com. I absolutely LOVE what I do and what we are building because every conversation I have is centered around empowering moms.
MomBrain.com launched in October 2024 and has taken off! We are an anonymous online question forum where moms, really ladies in general, come to ask questions, swap tips, share experiences and seek answers from vetted experts.
We have found a couple things to be true, 1) motherhood can be really tough 2) in a room full of moms we can find the answer to any question.
Our #1 most asked question from 2024? How often are you having sex with your partner?

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I think I’ve done a great job of learning from anyone who is willing to teach. Whether it’s a friend that specializes in PR giving me a mini masterclass at school pick up or a more formal mentorship. I love to hear ideas from anyone willing to share and I think every single person can add something valuable and a different perspective.
Jaime and I are scrappy, things don’t have to be perfect for us to execute. We both played D1 college athletics and our motto is “scrappy and humble”. We’re not afraid to go for it and we’re not afraid to fail.
I think failure is imperative to learning and advancing. I wish I had put myself in more situations to experience failure when I was younger. Put your name in the hat even when you don’t feel qualified then find mentors to help navigate the journey.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
YES! We love collaborating and partnering with other brands focused on empowering moms. You can reach us at [email protected] to discuss partnership. One of our favorite parts of being guests on podcasts is learning about different brands and how we can join forces for the greater good. We are better together!!
