Carina, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I always thought my purpose lies in what I do and how I excelled at my job. For years, I tried to prove myself, climbing up the business ladder, becoming the COO of a fast growing start up. Only to find myself managing a team of 9, extinguishing fire after fire to try to sooth all the unhappy clients, trying to convince my bosses that we need to change something because my colleagues were dropping away like flies from over exhaustion and mental consequences. For far over a year, I wanted to quit my job to jump into self-employment but I was so tied to the money, the status and the feedback I got from outside to how incredible it is at my age to reached such heights until I had an encounter with God. Over the past months He grew me in my faith, He gently nudged me to let go of my idols and showed my that my identity and purpose lie in Him. He has a plan for me and my only desire is to align my life with His will. He has provided me with a community that made it save to jump and to know He and the people He works through have my back. And if I stray of the path He has for me, He’ll surely redirect me. I trust that. I am excited to continue to embrace my feminine design and serve community.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

As a digital brand manager, automation and paid ads expert with 10+ years experience and having worked on 400+ projects, I help experts, coaches and service pros to create automated funnels and generate their ideal clients. Why? I believe that so many of us have incredible offers and services that need to be seen by people to help each other and bring in some more goodness into this world. Some of my clients help women to feel good in their bodies, others help with setting up freelance businesses and again others help with your mental wellbeing. My heart beats for encouraging women to live by their biological design and choosing a path that eventually allows them to create a family whilst still following their favourite create endeavours if they desire to. No one is served by being overworked and burned out, so we all gotta work collectively on doing what is good for us. Building structures and outsourcing so that we have time to rest too.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Learning how to talk to people in an engaging manner to build true relationships and connections, leadership because even if you don’t lead others, you will need to lead yourself, developing an interest in people to understand your client better and serve them best.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?

My ideal clients are coaches, trainers and service pros – bold visionaries, who are ready to change the status quo, create a different narrative, leave a lasting footprint — but their marketing expertise is limited and they simply need some help to increase their visibility or create a steadier lead flow.

Cause that’s exactly where I come in. I’ve had the pleasure to work on over 400+ projects in the past 4 years, scaling some of them to 1 million+ revenue per year through product-market-fit consultation, funnel building, email + DM automation strategies and paid advertisement.
