Hi Casey , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
My purpose continues to refine the further I develop within my self. I was drawn to understanding the human mind and behavior from an early age. Constantly curious I asked internal questions about others, wondering why people did the things they did. In college I majored in psychology and continued with formal education with a Master’s in professional counseling and marriage and family therapy. As I gained experience in private practice, I continued to seek tools and teachings that supported clients, and myself, in greater growth. The focus steadily became self-mastery and self actualization.
As I continue to walk my path of self-mastery, I understand more of my unique abilities and expertise which in turn becomes my area of purpose. Currently my greatest passion and mission is to serve others to overcome their limitations and support them in creating an ever expanding, extraordinary life, relationship or business.

I am passionate about helping individuals and couples overcome limitations of the mind, reconnect to their spiritual power and create a life that has purpose, freedom, joy and abundance. I help people level up in all ways – spiritually, mentally, physically and financially by weaving psychological knowledge, spiritual wisdom tools and training.
I have worked for over 10 years and feel more excited than ever about doing this work.
I offer individual and couples therapy and coaching packages for people looking to excel in a specific area of life, whether it be self development, creating and scaling a business, or bettering relationship. I also have online courses available in many different topics to help people on their path of fulfillment and mastery. Finally I have 2 group masterminds launching in the fall.
I absolutely love working with people who are ready to take action, overcome challenges and find greater passion, joy and purpose!
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Listening to my intuition to overcome limiting belief systems and thought. This skill has guided me so much and is the reason why I experience so much internal peace, consistent joy and passion in expanding.
The discipline and courage to act on guidance I received. This has helped me see many, many fruits in my life. It’s helped me continue to grow despite the challenges. It’s given me direct experience to know my abilities, strengths and weakness.
Challenging the status quo within myself and within the world. Questioning why things are done the way they are and whether it truly results in feelings of empowerment and expansion. I have always questioned the life of working a static job for static pay. The tendency for 30 year olds to live for their weekends and happy hours. Going against the grain has given me so much insight to how we self impose limiting structures. And as a result, ways to overcome them.
Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
Because I’m committed to self-mastery, I say yes to things that push my edge of comfort and challenge my ability to release doubt and fear. After making a business commitment that felt uncomfortable and financially straining, I experienced aspects of myself that were built from fear. Masks that were preventing me from leveling up. I saw these masks and sought out ways to release them. After completing that stage of work, feeling healed from those limitations and newly free, I was able to embody greater aspects of myself. I felt a new level of faith, of courage and more understanding of who I am.
