Meet Casey Margarite Field

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Casey Margarite Field. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Casey Margarite, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?

My generosity comes from my faith. I believe that God has given me so much in this lifetime – beyond what I truly deserve. I have had the privilege to travel abroad to some of the poorest regions of Guatemala, China and the Dominican Republic [economically]. While economically poor, these individuals were rich in generosity and joy. This shifted my perspective about not only how much I can give but how and what I can give – sometimes a smile, a word, or a book are the greatest gifts people can receive.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am passionate about helping individuals create and live with eternity in mind. Moving beyond the expected and into the extraordinary.

On mission to empower people to live with eternity in mind: breaking free, daring by faith, building tomorrow, and walking in wonder.

I am a bivocational pastor, author, dancer and architect working with businesses and leaders who try to integrate faith into all that they do. Holistic building is my absolute favorite thing.

I have worked with so many founders over the years battling burnout and its been a gift to get to combine my love of finance, faith, wellbeing and art together to get to serve individuals who are truly wanting to build the future.

I am so passionate about my work and really love working with the greatest minds and hearts on planet Earth.

I have a book launching in a few months on distractions and devotion but people can sign up to follow along with my work or work with me directly at caseymargarite.com.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Resilience, learning mindset, and courage were most impactful for my journey. I truly believe that these three qualities are game changers and can get you through almost anything. They will help you to continue growing, becoming a leader, impacting the lives of others, standing firm in the face of challenges [because there will be challenges its life] and living the extraordinary life.

Here are some recommendations I have:
Resilience – develop habits and disciplines that you show up to every day so that you know rain or shine that you are committed to growth and the work in front of you
For me, these look like prayer, workouts, gratitude, and wise council

Learning mindset – get excited about the fact that life is a classroom
Sometimes I’ll try new recipes

Courage – do a year or a month of brave where you have to do one brave thing every single day and build accountability around it

You’ll be so surprised by who you become in the process.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?

This may sound cliche as a woman of faith, but there has been no book that has impacted my life more than the Bible. It is the greatest love story ever told, but also reminds me of the values of grace, becoming, faith, family, hope, future building, internal character, and the creative calling God places on his children.

There are so many nuggets that I use in my life and work:
It has taught me about perseverance
Consistent Prayer
How to live counter to culture
What it looks like to take steps of faith
