We recently connected with Cash Earls and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Cash, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I found my purpose through the very struggles that once felt overwhelming and insurmountable. For years, I faced complex health challenges that left me feeling powerless and disconnected from my own body. But, through that journey, I realized that my pain could become a pathway—not just for my own healing, but for helping others navigate theirs. As I explored natural healing, functional medicine, and holistic wellness practices, I saw the profound impact that knowledge, guidance, and personalized care could have on someone’s life. That realization sparked my purpose: to empower others to reclaim their health, feel fully alive in their bodies, and connect deeply with their own innate wisdom. Starting Primal Roots Integrative Wellness was the tangible step in turning that purpose into action. It allows me to combine my personal experience, professional knowledge, and spiritual perspective to guide people in a way that is empathetic, practical, and transformational. My purpose isn’t just about health—it’s about helping people reconnect with themselves and feel whole again. I give all glory to God for bringing me from the ashes, guiding me through the darkest seasons, and revealing this purpose for my life.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I found my purpose through the very struggles that once felt overwhelming and insurmountable. From a very young age, I faced complex health challenges that left me feeling powerless and disconnected from my own body. Then at 37, everything changed again—I suffered a stroke and developed retrograde amnesia. I lost over a decade of memories and had to rebuild myself from the ground up. It was as if my entire identity had been wiped clean, and I was starting life all over again without a roadmap.
In the beginning, I did what I had always done—I followed the traditional Western medicine route, hoping for answers or even a hint of direction. But once again, I found myself slipping through the cracks. My symptoms worsened. My family life, my friendships, my career—every part of my world was being affected. I felt like I was disappearing. I hit a point where I felt truly hopeless.
Then one night, while lying in bed and praying for help, I felt an overwhelming wave of hope wash over me—something I can only describe as God stepping into that moment. It was as if He whispered, “If no one is coming to save you, I will show you how to save yourself.” It was both terrifying and empowering. That was the moment I decided that if the doctors couldn’t figure out what was happening to me, I was going to figure it out myself. And that decision changed everything.
As I began exploring natural healing, functional medicine, somatic work, and holistic wellness practices, I slowly started reclaiming my health—layer by layer. That journey showed me the profound impact that knowledge, embodiment, and personalized care can have on someone’s life. That realization sparked my purpose: to empower others to reclaim their health, feel fully alive in their bodies, and reconnect with the wisdom that has always been inside them.
I give all glory to God for bringing me from the ashes, guiding me through the darkest seasons, and revealing this purpose for my life. Starting Primal Roots Integrative Wellness was my way of turning that purpose into action—a place where my lived experience, my training, and my faith come together to help others find hope, healing, and wholeness. For me, this work isn’t just about health—it’s about helping people remember who they are, reconnect with themselves, and realize that their healing is possible.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, there are three qualities that were absolutely transformative in my journey: patience, grace, and self-awareness.
The first is patience. True healing takes time—it isn’t about quick fixes or the shortcuts our society often sells us. Real transformation unfolds gradually, and the more we can accept the process, the more sustainable our progress becomes.
The second is grace—and not just a little, but a lot of it. You have to give yourself grace because you will stumble, revert, and fall back into old patterns and habits. It’s not failure—it’s part of the journey. I often tell my clients that healing is like peeling an onion: you tackle one layer at a time, and just when you think you’re done, a new layer reveals itself. Each layer you work through is progress, even if it doesn’t feel linear.
The third is self-awareness, which comes from paying attention to your body, your emotions, and your patterns. It’s what allows you to recognize where change is needed, track your growth, and celebrate the small wins along the way.
For anyone early in their journey, my advice is simple: be patient, extend grace to yourself, and stay curious about your own experience. Honor the process, celebrate the small shifts, and remember that every layer you uncover is a step closer to true transformation.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I’m very open to partnering and collaborating with like-minded professionals who share a passion for empowering people to reclaim their health. I’m especially interested in connecting with holistic health practitioners, such as nutritionists, functional medicine providers, somatic therapists, spiritual guides, wellness coaches, and anyone whose work supports whole-body healing and sustainable wellness.
I’m also open to collaborating with educators, authors, and content creators who are focused on health, personal growth, and lifestyle transformation. My goal is to create a network of professionals who can share knowledge, provide support, and guide people in taking back control of their health in a holistic and practical way.
If you’re interested in collaborating, I’d love to hear from you! You can connect with me directly via email at [email protected] or through my website: Primal Roots Integrative Wellness. I’m excited about the opportunity to work together to educate, inspire, and empower more people on their wellness journeys.
