Cassandra , thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.
Growing up in the inner city of Brooklyn, NYC we didn’t have much monetary but morals, integrity , character and love we was rich.
Humility has always been the key factor for me and where my humility comes from. As far as I could remember I always wanted to give a helping hand to those who need it ,
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
My Name is Cassandra Amerson, CEO of Rich&Rare Clothing Boutique and Youth Career Coach. I have always had a love for fashion and business. Our company thrives on self improvement and promotion.
We have created a brand that our customers are proud of and feel confident about. We assist in providing a space for other local businesses to share and promote their products and services too !
On our off days we encourage and inspire our Youth to engage in activities such that provide opportunities to learn about entrepreneurship. We understand that the Youth are our future leaders and we want them to have the best possible experience and opportunities for success.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The there most important qualities or skills that were most impactful in my journey is one patience , second knowledge and understanding , thirdly ambition. In business it can be portrayed as picture perfect but however you must possess patience when things aren’t picture perfect.
Always being your best self, providing great customer service and satisfaction with knowledge and understanding will always set yourself apart from the rest to do your ultimate best.
What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?
The biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months would be the development of our Youth Mentees . We’ve had over 5 workshops engaging with the Youth in our communities ; Youth Career Day, Paint& See , Imagination Station, Friendsgiving and Entrepreneurial Mixer that initiated the Youth to create and promote unity and collaboration . We look forward too building better communities..
