Meet Cassandra Mann

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Cassandra Mann. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Cassandra below.

Cassandra, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?

My generosity is deeply rooted in my journey through sobriety. When I was at my lowest, feeling lost and hopeless, I was given a second chance, one that I didn’t earn, but that was freely given to me by people who believed in me before I could believe in myself. The recovery community surrounded me with support, guidance, and unwavering kindness, asking for nothing in return. That experience changed me. It instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility to pay it forward, not just in my personal life, but in everything I do, including my business.

At 4th Dimension Wraps & Graphics, generosity isn’t just about giving—it’s about showing up, supporting others, and creating opportunities. Whether it’s mentoring my team, helping a small business elevate their brand through creative marketing, or investing in community initiatives, I believe in lifting others up. Sobriety gave me the chance to rebuild my life, and now I want to help others build theirs. Giving back isn’t just something I do, t’s the foundation of who I am, I believe that the more we give and engage with our community, the more our community trusts our business and me as a business owner.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

At 4th Dimension Wraps & Graphics, we specialize in transforming businesses and personal vehicles through custom wraps, paint protection, ceramic coatings, and signage. But beyond aesthetics, what excites me most is the real impact of what we do, especially in the commercial space. A well-designed vehicle wrap turns any business into a rolling billboard, generating thousands of impressions daily. It’s one of the most cost-effective, high-visibility marketing tools out there, and I love helping brands stand out in a bold, creative way.

Right now, my biggest passion is sustainability in the wrap industry—an area that has historically lacked eco-conscious solutions. We’re committed to changing that. One of our biggest initiatives is partnering with the Sustainable Business Partnership of the Tri-Cities (Sheridan, Englewood, and Littleton) and the Colorado Green Business Network to find a recycling or recirculation process for vinyl backing paper—a major source of industry waste. Thanks to a grant from the EPA, we’re bringing in a CSU MBA Fellow for a 10-week on-site project to develop a solution.

We’re also exploring sustainable manufacturing with 3D printing for vehicle upfitting parts, reducing waste while creating innovative solutions for first responders and fleet vehicles. Additionally, through Watts @ Work, we’re working to increase workplace EV charging and integrate greener business practices wherever possible.

As the industry evolves, we’re committed to leading the way—proving that you can create, innovate, and grow while making sustainability a priority. For businesses looking to expand their brand’s presence while making a conscious impact, we’re here to bring that vision to life.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, there are three things that have made the biggest impact on my journey: the power of connection, the ability to pivot, and the simple act of doing the next right thing.

1️⃣ Connection is everything. Business (and life, really) is all about relationships. The people you surround yourself with.. mentors, friends, clients, even the random connections you make.. can change the game. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about what you know, but who you know and how you show up for them. My advice? Get involved. Join groups, support others, and don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Your network is your lifeline.

2️⃣ Adaptability is key. Starting a business will throw you into situations you didn’t see coming. You’ll have to figure things out on the fly, pivot when things don’t go as planned, and definitely get comfortable being uncomfortable. The best way to improve this skill? Embrace the chaos. See challenges as learning opportunities instead of roadblocks. The more you lean into uncertainty, the more confident you’ll become in navigating it.

3️⃣ Just do the next right thing. This one comes straight from my recovery journey and applies to everything. When things feel overwhelming (because they will), don’t get stuck in analysis paralysis. Take a breath, focus on the one thing you can do right now, and do that. Then do the next thing. One step at a time, and suddenly, you’re making progress.

So, to anyone starting their journey, stay connected, stay adaptable, and just keep moving forward. And don’t worry none of us total have this figured out, we just keep pushing!
