Meet Cavell Ebony Webster

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Cavell Ebony Webster. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Cavell Ebony, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.
I persist because I use the energy regarding my business for my business, not to entertain anyone that don’t wish me the best success in my business.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I love that my business gives people an Island experience. I take delight of the looks on the customers faces and take joy in their kind words.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Three(3) areas of known looking back that has impacted me in my business journey that I now accept with grace: 1. Taking the Loss with the Gains
2. Understanding that I am only one(1) person and I need to ask for help or take help when given &
3. Take a step back when needed.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?
Unfortunately yes at this time the business store front despite being in the heart of Old Colorado City does not attract or generate many if no customers at all. The customers we currently have and are extremely grateful for have been from meeting the business at community events. While that’s fine, the reality is the storefront will not be able to continue to strive much longer that way.
