We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Cece Logue. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Cece below.
Cece, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I’d say my confidence really started to take shape in college. I went in determined to try everything when it came to clubs, leadership roles, competitions, internships, even things I wasn’t sure I’d be good at. Pushing myself into those situations taught me that I could adapt, learn fast, and keep improving. I worked hard to polish my skills, whether that was through extra practice, asking for feedback, or staying late to get things right. Over time, I started to see the payoff, which made me believe in my own abilities even more. I also made a conscious choice to focus on the positives of every situation rather than getting stuck on setbacks. That combination of putting myself out there, working hard, and keeping my mindset constructive is what really built my self-esteem to what it is today.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m a Production Manager in the film industry, which basically means I’m part storyteller, part problem-solver, and part air-traffic controller for all the moving pieces in a project. I work on everything from commercials and documentaries to live events and music videos, and what I love most is that no two days are ever the same. One day I’m brainstorming ideas, the next I’m on set making sure everything runs like clockwork, and the day after that I’m finessing all the details in post-production.
The best part for me is watching an idea turn into something real that people can connect with. There’s nothing like seeing a finished piece and knowing all the teamwork, late nights, and creative thinking that went into making it happen.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, I think the three qualities that have had the biggest impact on my journey are adaptability, clear communication, and a willingness to dive into the unknown. Production work is unpredictable—you have to be ready to pivot, problem-solve, and keep the team moving forward when plans change. Communication is huge too; being able to clearly share ideas, give direction, and listen well is what keeps a project running smoothly. And lastly, having the courage to say “yes” to things I’d never done before has made all the difference.
For anyone starting out, my advice is to say yes to as many opportunities as you can—especially early in your career. Even if it’s outside your comfort zone or not your “dream” project, every experience teaches you something, helps you build your network, and sharpens your skills. Stay curious, ask questions, and pay attention to how other people work because you’ll pick up so much just by observing. And don’t be afraid to make mistakes; they’re often the fastest way to learn and grow.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Absolutely! I’m always excited to connect with other creative minds—especially directors, producers, and content creators who are looking for someone to handle the project management side of their work. My sweet spot is taking a creative vision and building the structure, schedule, and systems that make it happen smoothly from start to finish.
If you’re working on a commercial, documentary, narrative film or short film, music video, or any creative project and want a partner who can keep all the moving parts on track so you can focus on the art itself, I’d love to chat.
