We were lucky to catch up with Cee Jay Besa recently and have shared our conversation below.
Cee Jay, thank you so much for making time for us today. We’re excited to discuss a handful of topics with you, but perhaps the most important one is around decision making. The ability to make decisions is a key requirement for anyone who wants to make a difference and so we’d love to hear about how you developed your decision-making skills.
People say you live with your decision but actually you live with the consequence of your decisions. When I realized that I decided to always study the consequence of the decisions then use that as a guide to pursue or not.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
As a software engineer, I got an early start in the world of AI and have focused on simplifying complex systems for business owners, both large and small. Over time, I realized that by fixing system inefficiencies, you can also solve cash flow issues. This insight has driven me on a mission to streamline business processes through AI.
Currently, I’m working on simplifying the process of securing government contracts using AI. Traditionally, this process takes days or even weeks, but I’ve developed a method that reduces it to just hours. This innovation has not only improved efficiency for my clients but has also opened up new, profitable opportunities for both them and myself. I have started online bootcamps to help people learn how to do it in only 3 steps.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Software engineering opened doors for me after college, helping me grow my communication skills through mentors like John Maxwell. Working with Paul Martinelli taught me how to sell my products effectively.
In IT, I constantly upskill by learning new tools. My advice: Find your “Why” for change, assess your current skills, and use free or paid resources to improve. Always ask Why and Why not before jumping to How.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
If you’re a small business owner tired of chasing broke clients or want to start something with more substance than hustling online for leads, I help you win lucrative government contracts — and show you how to hit 6 figures in as little as 6 months.
As a software engineer and AI strategist, I built the 5-Day GovCon Bootcamp to simplify the entire process with AI — making government contracting so clear and step-by-step that even a 5th grader could do it.
The U.S. government spends over $600B a year. Why not make them your customer? Get your free ebook at https://archvidamedia.com to understand how it works.
