We recently connected with CELSO OLMOS and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have CELSO with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I attribute my work ethic to the spiritual formation I receive through Opus Dei. Their approach teaches that you can encounter God by sanctifying everyday life—seeing His presence in ordinary work, family, and social activities. This perspective inspires me to approach every task with professional excellence and integrity, to serve others through my work, and to view each responsibility as an opportunity for growth and grace.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m the founder/owner of Celebria (celebria.co), an online dropshipping shop focused on curated, trend-forward lifestyle products that make everyday moments feel special. What excites me most is the freedom to discover unique items and bring them to a global audience without the overhead of traditional retail. I’m passionate about creating a seamless shopping experience—from thoughtful product descriptions to responsive customer service—so that every visitor feels confident and inspired.
What makes Celebria special is the combination of careful product selection and story-driven marketing. Each item is chosen not only for quality and value but also for how it fits into people’s daily lives, whether that’s a stylish home accessory or an innovative gadget.
Right now I’m focused on expanding our product range and refining our SEO and marketing strategies so more shoppers can find us. We recently surpassed 517 orders and $7K in total sales, which is a great milestone, and we’re gearing up for a new series of seasonal product launches to build on that momentum.
Celebria is still young, but it’s growing fast—and I’d love for readers to visit us at https://celebria.co
to see what’s new and share in the journey.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities that have shaped my journey most are Integrity, Optimism, and Honesty.
Integrity keeps me grounded. Whether it’s managing Celebria or working with partners and customers, staying true to my values builds trust and long-term relationships. Advice: Practice integrity in small daily choices—show up when you say you will, keep promises, and be transparent even when it’s inconvenient.
Optimism fuels resilience. Running a business means facing surprises and setbacks, but choosing to see possibilities instead of roadblocks keeps momentum alive. Advice: Cultivate optimism by reframing challenges as opportunities to learn, and surround yourself with people who inspire a positive outlook.
Honesty strengthens every connection. Clear, sincere communication—especially when things don’t go perfectly—creates mutual respect. Advice: Start by being honest with yourself about goals and limitations, and extend that candour to colleagues, partners, and customers.
Together, these qualities form a foundation for sustainable growth and meaningful work. For anyone starting out, nurture them daily; they’ll guide you through both success and adversity.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
The most impactful gift my parents gave me was self-discipline. From a young age they modeled consistency—whether it was keeping commitments, finishing chores before play, or following through on goals. They didn’t just talk about hard work; they lived it, showing me that discipline isn’t about restriction, it’s about freedom: the freedom to stay focused, make steady progress, and earn trust.
That foundation has shaped everything I do today, from running Celebria to managing daily responsibilities. When challenges arise, I draw on that early training to stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards even when motivation dips.
Their example taught me that self-discipline isn’t a single skill you “master.” It’s a daily practice of setting priorities, following through, and aligning actions with values—and it’s been the cornerstone of my personal and professional growth.
