Meet Chael

We were lucky to catch up with Chael recently and have shared our conversation below.

CHAEL, thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s jump right into something we’re really interested in hearing about from you – being the only one in the room. So many of us find ourselves as the only woman in the room, the only immigrant or the only artist in the room, etc. Can you talk to us about how you have learned to be effective and successful in situations where you are the only one in the room like you?

Being the only one in the room who looks like me has taught me the value of resilience and the importance of staying true to my purpose. It’s been an opportunity to lead by example and show that, no matter our background, race or financial limitations. We all have the power to connect on a human level. My focus is to connect and create spaces that uplift and unify a multitude of communities where everyone can see themselves and feel like they belong. Family by Brand.

I approach leadership with Love Compassion and patience. Striving to be a voice that transcends race, status, and financial barriers. For me, it’s about inspiring others to see beyond differences and come together for a greater purpose. When we lead from a place of authenticity, we empower those around us, building bridges rather than walls. My goal has always been to set a precedent that anyone, no matter where they come from, can strive for more and find strength in unity.

Ultimately, I’m here not just to represent a myriad of communities , but to open doors for others, cultivating a community built on connection, resilience, and a shared drive for positive impact.

WOLFPACK UNLTD was created from a vision to bring the masses together—across backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences—to form a powerful collective. This is more than a brand; it’s a call to join a Pack Community that moves with Intention, Inspires others, and makes lifetime connections.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

As an Entrepreneur and American Recording Artist, I channel my creativity and drive into everything I do, whether I’m building my brand, performing, or connecting with others. My brand, WOLFPACK UNLTD, isn’t just a business; it’s a movement that reflects my passion for unity, connection, and community building. I’m committed to creating spaces where people feel empowered to collaborate, network, and support one another—values that guide me in my music as well as my business.

Through WOLFPACK UNLTD, we’re bringing people together with a purpose, offering apparel that’s more than just fashion—it’s a statement about belonging to something bigger. Every design, every message is meant to inspire individuals to connect and support one another, embracing the strength that comes from unity. For me, it’s incredibly rewarding to see how our brand resonates with people, giving them something they can wear with pride while contributing to a community-driven mission. It’s the best feeling.

Beyond just music and fashion, I’m constantly looking for ways to make an impact, share my journey, and inspire others to pursue their passions and break barriers. My work is about leaving a legacy of connection, creativity, and positive change in the world. Being from a small city, Roxbury , Massachusetts I want to be an inspiration for anyone who made it out of their home state and is striving to create a better reality for themselves.
