Charles, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

Over the years of working multiple different restaurants, different warehouses different tip agencies. I decided I wanted to start my own business I now had my business for seven years, but started seriously working on it two years ago

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m 24 years old I live in Dover, Delaware and I have a hat business. I also have a record label and I also have a food business and I’m also a content creator. The brand that I am pushing out is one of a con. There’s nothing else like it. It’s very authentic very unique because I have an entertainment business/record label. I try to do music arts and crafts, movies episodes and etc..The brand that I am pushing out is one of a con. There’s nothing else like it. It’s very authentic very unique because I have a entertainment business/record label. I try to do music arts and crafts, movies episodes, and etc. like I got a lot of big things going on right now.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Consistency, time management and a great team player. And advice that I have for the young people coming up or anybody who is trying to do their own thing what I’m a tell you is consistency and patience are two things that you need while coming up on your elevation

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

Over the years, my mom, my grandparents, and my kid are the ones who helped me overcome challenges help me to engage into different skills that I never thought that I had wisdom of knowledge that I never thought that I would be able to understand.
