Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Charu Seth. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Charu, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I didn’t find my purpose in one big moment- it revealed itself through many small, often uncomfortable ones. After years of prioritizing others- my family, my relationships I realized I had slowly disconnected from myself. My turning point came after my marriage ended. What looked like a breaking point became a breakthrough. I began asking deeper questions: Who am I outside of these roles? What do I want to contribute to the world? Through studying life coaching, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Organizational Behavior and working a therapist, and doing the inner work, I uncovered a passion for helping others navigate their own transitions. My purpose wasn’t something I chased- it was something I returned to. t was always there, waiting for me to listen and be recognized.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m a certified NLP and Somatic Life Coach, and my work centers around helping people navigate life’s most personal transitions- whether it’s a breakup, career change, becoming an empty nester, losing a loved one, or simply rediscovering their identity after years of putting others.
What excites me most is witnessing the moment someone realizes they don’t have to stay stuck- that with the right tools and support, they can rewrite their own story. That breakthrough moment is what coaching is about, it’s not about giving advice; but about guiding people back to their own wisdom. That’s powerful. That’s what I call as “transformational.”
My journey into coaching wasn’t linear- it was born from lived experiences. From being a stay-at-home parent, navigating a painful divorce to rebuilding my self-worth, confidence and voice- I know firsthand how disorienting yet liberating transitions can be. That’s the reason why my coaching integrates mindset, body awareness, and emotional intelligence. We don’t just talk change- we e a digital embody it.
I’m currently offering a digital toolkit called the “Anxiety Blueprint”, packed with somatic and NLP techniques to help busy minds find calm. I’m also hosting intimate group workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions for those navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship shifts, or the often- overlooked identity crisis of midlife.
If you’re ready to reconnect with your power, I’d love to work with you. Change isn’t just possible- it’s waiting for you to say yes!
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, the three most impactful qualities in my journey have been self awareness, resilience with softness, and emotional literacy. Self-awareness helped me break old patterns and reconnect with my values. Resilience taught me how to rise while honoring my emotions, and emotional literacy gave me tools to communicate with clarity and compassion.
Woven through all of these was two quiet intuition my super power: intuition and empathy. Intuition guided me when logic couldn’t, and empathy allowed me to connect deeply- with myself and with others. My advice? Slow down, listen inward, and lead with both understanding and trust. Growth begins where self-trust and compassion meet.
How would you describe your ideal client?
My coaching is designed for people who are navigating life transitions and feeling a little lost in the process. Maybe it’s a breakup, a career pivot, the kids growing up, health issues, relationship struggles, loss of dear one’s, or simply a quiet realization that life looks fine on the outside- but feels misaligned on the inside.
This program enables and empowers people who are done done being on autopilot. They’re self-aware enough to know something needs to change, but may not know how and where to start. They’re open-not perfect. They’re often the ones who’ve spent years showing up for everyone else, and are finally ready to come home to themselves.
I work best with people who are curious, coachable, and ready to explore not just their mindset- but their emotional and embodied patterns too. If you’re willing to dig deep, get honest, and step into your next chapter with intention- this work will met you powerfully.
