Chase, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?

My optimism comes from a deep belief that we all have the power to make a positive impact in the world. Growing up in Alaska, I was raised in a modest family where integrity and the importance of relationships were emphasized. These values taught me that no matter where you start, you can create something meaningful with the right mindset.

I also view challenges as opportunities; every obstacle is a stepping stone to becoming a better version of myself. Life has shown me that when you approach situations with intention and positivity, the outcomes often exceed your expectations. Optimism, for me, is rooted in knowing that everything I do has the potential to make the world and the people around me better. That belief keeps me moving forward, even in uncertain times.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Ok, hi! I’m Chase, and I’m passionate about building a business that not only succeeds financially but also makes a meaningful impact within the community. I’ve always believed that my time here on Earth should be spent creating something that improves the lives of others, and that’s what drives me every day as the founder of Vizion Solar.

At Vizion Solar, we focus on providing clean, sustainable energy solutions that empower individuals and communities. What excites me most about this work is the opportunity to be a part of the global shift toward renewable energy. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the work we do helps people reduce their carbon footprint, save money, and feel good about their energy choices. For me, it’s not just about selling a product; it’s about contributing to a better future.

What makes Vizion Solar special is our commitment to integrity and relationships, values that are deeply ingrained in everything we do. Growing up in a small town taught me the importance of trust and connection, and those lessons are reflected in how we approach our clients, employees, and partners.

We’re also on an exciting trajectory of growth. Right now, I’m focused on scaling the business to new heights while maintaining our dedication to exceptional service. Our vision is not just to grow but to inspire others to see what’s possible when you commit to something bigger than yourself. Whether it’s reaching new markets, launching innovative products, or expanding our team, every step we take is guided by the goal of leaving a lasting, positive impact.

I want people to know that Vizion Solar isn’t just a business; it’s a reflection of my belief that anything you do with the right intention can bring value to others. There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, I’d say the three most impactful aspects of my journey have been integrity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

The first because, while growing up, I learned the importance of being true to your values and treating people with respect. Integrity has been the foundation of every decision I’ve made, both personally and professionally. It’s about doing the right thing even when no one is watching. For those just starting out, I’d advise you to anchor yourself in your values and let them guide your choices. Integrity builds trust, and trust is what makes businesses and relationships thrive.

Life and business are full of surprises so you need to master adaptability. Being able to pivot and adjust your plans without losing sight of your ultimate goal has been a game-changer for me. For example, in running Vizion Solar, I’ve had to adapt to new technologies, go digital with the help of my amazing team, learn about market trends, and customer needs on a daily basis. My advice is to embrace change rather than resist it. Stay curious, learn new skills, and don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone.

The third is the belief that you can improve, learn, and grow through effort and persistence that has been crucial in my journey. I’ve faced setbacks, but each one taught me something valuable and pushed me to be better. For those early in their journey, remember that failure isn’t the opposite of success; it’s a stepping stone toward it. Read, ask questions, seek mentors, and view every challenge as an opportunity to grow.

Ultimately, success isn’t about having everything figured out from the start—it’s about being open to learning, staying grounded in your values, and constantly striving to be the best version of yourself. Take one step at a time, and trust that every effort you make is building something meaningful.
