Chase, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

My resilience came from having a verbally and physically abusive mother while living in a poverty stricken neighborhood. I wanted more out of life at a very young age and I was determined to do something different other than the things that I seen everyday while growing up.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am the owner of Phillyfreezeme which is a Las Vegas-based frozen dessert company celebrated for its unique handcrafted treats. We are known for delivering an ice cream-like texture without the use of dairy. PhillyFreezeMe caters to a diverse range of dietary needs and preferences, our products, referred to as “Freezies,” are not only dairy-free but also fat-free, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, and vegan-friendly, making them a safe choice for allergy prone individuals.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Communication
Failure
Mentor

The advice I would give people who are early in their business journey is to start networking and building relationships with people immediately. The relationships you build can take you a lot further rather than take the journey alone.
