Meet Chasing

We were lucky to catch up with Chasing recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Chasing , so happy to have you on the platform with us today and excited to chat about your lessons and insights. Our ability to make good decisions can massively impact our lives, careers and relationships and so it would be very helpful to hear about how you built your decision-making skills.

I developed my decision-making skills by paying close attention to my environment, what I listen to, what I see, and the habits I choose to build. All of these elements have shaped the way I navigate my path. I’ve learned that decisions aren’t always about choosing between “good” or “bad.” They’re about taking steps that bring you closer to what you’re seeking, and along the way discovering new purposes you didn’t even know you had.

For me, strong decision-making comes from pairing intention with action, choosing what helps me grow, what makes me stronger, and what aligns with the projects and dreams I’m working toward. When every decision is rooted in improvement and clarity, the path becomes easier to shape, even when you’re still building it

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Our digital business began with a story of two friends who arrived in the United States through a cultural exchange program: Alejandra from Colombia and Vanesa from Ecuador. What started as a shared experience in a new country quickly turned into a deeper connection through our mutual passion for exploring and traveling.

As we began discovering the country, we realized something powerful: the world often sees the United States as a superficial place, but it actually holds some of the most breathtaking natural landscapes on the planet. After traveling through nearly half of the country, we knew these places deserved to be recognized, appreciated, and explored with intention.

Throughout our journeys, we also learned exactly what travelers need to create meaningful experiences without wasting time, money, or energy. And that’s how our digital business was born, two friends turning years of exploration, research, and lessons learned into accessible tools that simplify trip planning and inspire people to connect with the natural beauty of the U.S.

Today, our mission remains rooted in that original vision:to inspire people to explore with confidence, connect with nature, and experience the extraordinary places that make this country truly unique.

Our vision now is to create guidebooks for every U.S. national park and to continue expanding with easy-to-access digital products that help travelers discover, understand, and fall in love with this incredible country. We have already created 6 guidebooks available in our oficial page: https://chasingnationalparks.my.canva.site/the-most-efficient-way-to-see-everything where the travelers will find everything they need: best trails, hidden gems, distances, time, tips, lodging and more.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

One of the most impactful lessons We’ve learned is recognizing the power of the digital era we’re living in. This is the moment to take advantage of everything it offers. We are part of a market that is constantly growing and evolving, and the only way to keep up is by adapting, learning, and staying curious.

It’s important to understand that you will never have 100% of the knowledge before starting something new, and that’s okay. Stepping into unexplored fields can reveal skills you didn’t even know you had, while also creating opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The world of AI and digital sales has space for those who move at it´s pace. The more open you are to change and continuous learning, the more prepared you’ll be to grow in this new landscape.

What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?

One of the biggest challenges we’re facing right now is building a business in a country that isn’t our own. We are completely new to the digital world, and learning everything from scratch—while also unlearning old mindsets—has been a real challenge.

But we are two dreamers who want to make an impact in our own way through our passion for travel. We do it with intention, always placing everything under God’s guidance. We believe life is about finding a balance that gives you freedom in every area, and that requires constant personal growth. We work on ourselves first so that everything we build on the outside reflects the vision we have for our lives.

This business is one of the many paths we’re taking to fulfill our purpose in this world, always trusting in God’s will and timing. And even though the journey is challenging, it’s also shaping us into stronger, more grounded, and more aligned women.
