Chaz, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
My optimism comes from a lifetime of trial and error. As a independent creator, I am constantly pitching, reworking and failing. BUT with every failure comes a lesson learned. A silver lining. Each mistake I make teaches me how I can be better for the next time. If I let the fear of failure or the disappointment of another mistake weigh on me, life starts to feel like I have a ball and chain strapped to my leg. The more I accept the reality and look for the silver linings, the lighter the weight of my burdens. I feel like this can apply to everyone and the trick is to figure out how!

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
As an Artist, Producer, Songwriter, Content Creator, and Marketing Strategist, I encourage everyone to follow their dreams. Music, Videography and Photography Content are three of the most powerful outlets for my creativity and I strive to share that outlet with others.

While developing and crafting my own artist brand and companies, I partner with individuals and businesses that want to stand out above the others with Content Creation that captures your vision and connects it with the hearts of others.

For those who are looking to expand their lifestyle or brand into something more, I also utilize SEO and Marketing techniques to work side-by-side with my Creative Skills for individuals and businesses to identify any current weaknesses as well as strategies to overcome them.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Flexibility: Life moves very fast today and when something can go wrong, it will. I found that the release of control and embracing of flexibility when it comes to change is crucial. I have come up with my best ideas and solutions when a bit of chaos comes into the mix. Trust yourself and your experience.

Intention: Being direct and intentional on decisions is crucial today. There are SO MANY OPTIONS now. It can be a bit too much going on and hard to pick a direction. Find what feels right in your gut. Find what aligns with your purpose and embrace it. Making an intentional decision will always bear a fruitful experience.

Consistency: Being consistent regardless of the world around you. Setting a goal and seeing it through. It makes a difference. I feel with my career and creativity, the consistency to create and perform on a weekly basis skyrocketed my skill sets. Building good habits with clients and data management can be a lifesaver as the years go on.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I’m always looking for new artists and creatives to collaborate with. I’m constantly working with other creatives on content so time can be a bit tight, but I love when someone new reaches out with true appreciation for my craft and wants to be a part of something more. The best way to collaborate with me is to bring your ideas to the table well thought out! I love when you have a vision and direction for where you want to go! It makes the collaboration more fun and creative and ultimately more in your vision.
