Meet Chen Lizra

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Chen Lizra a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Chen, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

When I was 11, my mother became mentally ill. My parents were divorced, and I was living with her and my brother at the time. In what felt like an instant, I lost my sense of safety—my home, my comfort, my grounding. The world as I knew it shattered.

The pain was so deep that for 10 years, I lived with suicidal thoughts, carrying the weight of trauma and later emerged with PTSD. My emotional foundation was fractured.

But when I hit rock bottom, I made a decision: I would not give up until I found a way to heal myself. That moment became the beginning of a lifelong journey — a quest around the world to find the way back home to myself.
It took decades. There were countless moments when I wanted to stop, when the road felt too long and the answers too difficult to find. But I didn’t give up.

And in that journey, I discovered something extraordinary. I found a way to heal through my body and to embody my femininity. I uncovered timeless treasures of human wisdom and sacred feminine power that made my life whole, vibrant, and deeply rich.

Staying devoted to this process for more than a decade—holding the vision of something beautiful even when it felt unattainable—developed within me a strength that is unshakable. Today, there are very few things that can shake me to my core. I feel deeply secure in myself.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

If I could speak to my 11-year-old self — the girl who spent 10 years imagining how to end her life because living with a mentally ill mother felt unbearable — I would say:

“You’re not just going to make it, you’re going to inspire so many. And to every girl and woman struggling with mental health: healing is possible. I walked this path before you, and I hope my life serves as a powerful example of how you can do it too.”

That journey is what gave birth to the Power of Somatic Intelligence, a global organization helping high-achieving women reconnect with their bodies and irresistible femininity, heal their nervous systems, and achieve deep emotional mastery — so they can rise into their full feminine power and their feminine advantage, without burning out, so they can boldly impact.

Through our signature programs, somatic coaching, and Irresistible You annual membership, we help women move beyond patterns of overdrive, rigidity, and emotional disconnect — into embodied confidence, irresistible presence, and feminine leadership.

This isn’t Talk Therapy or mindset work. It’s a deep nervous system realignment that creates lasting change from the inside out.

This mission turned my own suffering into deep purpose. Seeing women come alive again — reclaim their joy, their softness, their feminine power and advantage, and fall deeply in love— is the greatest reward.

Recently, I was honoured to receive the 2025 Stevie Award for Coach of the Year, recognizing the global impact of my work. But more than awards, what moves me most is the ripple effect — how one woman’s healing transforms her family, her team, her community, and ultimately the world around her.

If you’re a high-achieving woman who is direct, competent, and sharp. Yet you’re now watching other women close deals you should have won. You’re seeing colleagues get promoted while you feel stuck or behind. You’re successful, yet you can’t figure out love. You are powerful, yet deep inside, you are uncomfortable in your own body, feeling disconnected, or even numb. You are accomplished, yet you still wonder when they’ll realize you’re a fake.

Why this happens: Competence gets you in front of the opportunities. But embodied feminine energy, your feminine advantage, is what creates the impact you want. When you suppress your femininity to fit in, you compete on everyone else’s terms. When you embody the sabrosura, you create your own category and legacy.

The sabrosura is the sensual, irresistible energy that makes you feel uniquely gorgeous.
Use it in your leadership, negotiations, sales, or in a love relationship. It gives you an edge. A special feminine power that competence alone can’t deliver.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Three core values guide everything I do — both personally and professionally: Authenticity, Integrity, and Courage.
These three values form my inner compass. When we lose this compass, we lose ourselves.

You make one sacrifice and then another, then walk away from what you care for, and then you lose your inner compass. Every small compromise — every time you silence your truth — takes you further away from yourself. The way back? Living in alignment with your values and truth.

Authenticity – When people feel the truth in you, they trust you. That’s the foundation of my professional reputation. What you see is what you get — and that’s what makes this work powerful. When I hear someone say: ”I love how authentic you are,” it truly moves my heart.

Integrity – This is my backbone. It’s how we make decisions, own our mistakes, and stay aligned. Integrity keeps us grounded, aligned, and trustworthy, no matter the challenge. I take pride in my and my company’s integrity.

Courage (or Audacity) – A coach once told me, “If it were easy, everyone would do it.” That truth has stayed with me. Building the Power of Somatic Intelligence meant walking an unbeaten path — there was no roadmap, no one to copy. It takes courage to keep going when you have to blaze your own way.

For those just starting out, I would say:

1) Take one step at a time. When something feels too big, focus just on the next small step. Each small step forward builds your capacity to hold the bigger vision.

2) Find a mentor or coach. You don’t have to do it all alone. Guidance can save you years (sometimes decades) — and help you avoid unnecessary pain and loss of valuable resources.

3) Be on purpose. Entrepreneurship and transformation are marathons, not sprints. Passion and purpose fuel resilience when things get tough. When you’re on purpose and feeling passionate, your inner fire drives you forward and sustains you.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Yes. I’m currently seeking a conscious investor to partner with.

The Power of Somatic Intelligence is a well-established, proven, and profitable company ready to scale globally. I’m looking for a conscious partner who is passionate about transforming lives in the realms of emotional well-being and mental health — someone who recognizes the powerful business opportunity in creating meaningful impact.

The ideal investor is heart-led yet business-savvy, someone who sees the beauty of combining purpose, meaningful impact, with a strong, scalable business model that promises both growth and profitability.

I’m also open to partnerships with aligned brands, communities, and networks serving high-achieving or high-net-worth individuals who value personal growth and emotional mastery. Through our company’s mutually beneficial affiliate program, these partners can make a profound difference in their communities while creating lasting, value-driven impact.
