We were lucky to catch up with Chiara Krenk recently and have shared our conversation below.
Chiara, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
“Optimists live longer!” is a saying that my dad has always said since I was little. My dad is an entrepreneur himself and taught me right from the start that life will never be easy, but you have to keep going anyway. I have learned not to give up, but to fight through and try to remain optimistic. Even in a situation that seems hopeless at first, I say like my dad, although in an ironic way, “Optimists live longer!”.

“Life is a party” – this motto has been with me since I was a child. Whether it’s the annual birthday party, a cool Halloween party, a graduation party or a summer party at the start of the vacations. Big – and small – moments in life should be celebrated! After all, what could be better than celebrating a special occasion with your loved ones? My vision for Luna Chiara Events is to make your next party unforgettable. Because what could be better than reminiscing about shared party moments with your loved ones? I want to share this simple joy of creating shared memories with you. Personal advice and close cooperation are of the highest importance to me.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
For me, the most important qualities are ambition, determination and joy. When I set my mind to something, I need to want to achieve it with ambition, tears and pure emotion. The path is never easy and you face countless challenges, but you have to show enough willpower. It has been clear to me since the beginning of my studies that I want to be my own boss, that I want to live out my own creativity in my own company. I want to turn my passion into my profession.
I can only tell everyone that they have to be strong-willed to get themselves and their project through.
How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal customer must trust me. He should have ideas in his head that I help him to deal with in order to plan his great event together. At the same time, my ideal client must also be prepared to trust my ideas and my expertise. In order to realize a celebration for a client, I have to get to know the client and he has to be willing to meet several times. I want a client who is just as passionate about projects as I am, but who needs my help due to a lack of know-how. This is the only way to create a dream wedding, a beautiful celebration, a baby shower or any other event together.
