Meet Chiara Townley

We recently connected with Chiara Townley and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Chiara , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

This is a layered question. First of all, I want to define what purpose means to me. I find that when it comes to purpose, most people associate this with a career. I used to do the same until my spiritual awakening. My experience with postpartum depression and anxiety brought me to my knees. Becoming a mom shook me to my core and transformed my belief system. I uncovered my purpose, which is, first and foremost, to contribute to raising the vibration of the Earth. This is a global purpose that we’re all called to embody. When we heal our wounds and learn to stay grounded and spread kindness and compassion, we accomplish our mission as humans. Regarding a more specific purpose, some of us came to this planet to be lightworkers and help others reach their highest potential. I’m one of these lightworkers, and my purpose is to elevate motherhood through intuitive coaching and energy healing.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I help moms-to-be, and moms activate confidence, feminine power, and intuition through intuitive tools, energy healing, and holistic coaching. My unique ability to blend spiritual insights with practical guidance empowers the moms I work with to find their own strength and resilience. This dual perspective enhances my coaching effectiveness and creates a nurturing space for transformation. My services take you through different stages of awareness, growth, and evolution, from free offerings to self-paced courses and high-ticket containers.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are empathy, intuition, and authenticity. I was born with a high degree of empathy, so I had to learn to set clear boundaries. I used to feel inside what people went through, and that’s not healthy. After my spiritual awakening, I understood that if I wanted to continue to serve others, I needed to work on boundaries. This is essential for empathetic people. Learn to say no and keep yourself accountable as you go. Energetic boundaries through specific protocols work well, too. We’re all intuitive, and intuition can be trained. Meditation is a great tool to empty the mind and listen to the messages that come. It’s also great to learn the subtle signs in our bodies and keep track of how intuition feels in the body. Authenticity means showing who you are, the whole of you, including your shadows. I also believe it’s essential to experience what you teach firsthand. I didn’t just study energy work. I have experienced its benefits for myself and my family.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?

When I feel overwhelmed, I meditate to receive guidance. I meditate with a clear intention. I ask for the highest help available, and I close my eyes. I identify the tension in the body and release it through breathing. Then, I ground myself, which for me means focusing on the central energy pillar in my body and feeling the connection with the above and below (I follow a specific protocol for this). Then, I wait for guidance. I always receive it. It can be in that moment or later through signs in the physical world. Meditation is a great tool when you feel overwhelmed, but meditating with a clear intention to receive is a game changer.
