Meet Chief Tiffi’Ni Michelle Davis

We were lucky to catch up with Chief Tiffi’Ni Michelle Davis recently and have shared our conversation below.

Chief Tiffi’Ni Michelle , so good to have you with us today. We’ve got so much planned, so let’s jump right into it. We live in such a diverse world, and in many ways the world is getting better and more understanding but it’s far from perfect. There are so many times where folks find themselves in rooms or situations where they are the only ones that look like them – that might mean being the only woman of color in the room or the only person who grew up in a certain environment etc. Can you talk to us about how you’ve managed to thrive even in situations where you were the only one in the room?

I’ve learned that by accepting my differences as a way to help others learn about me, those that didn’t look like me, can find that we are all similar, inspite of what has been taught not experienced.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Heiress to the Simms music Empire and Daughter of the Ushry Tribal nation. I am a clan mother and CEO of A Vigor Vizion, a start up tech company geared towards providing solutions and tools for managing and maintaining healthy mind, body and spirit.
With a PH.D in Metaphysical Science, and I’ve published my research, December 2023, Titled, The Quantum Mechanics of Quantum Consciousness, The 3D Connection to the Higher Realms.
This book is for ages 8-100 plus. It’s geared towards helping bridge gaps in the mind, body, and spirit knowledge worlds along with practical tools to utilize for healing.
My brand, Urban Brujetta, a powerhouse brand, providing spirit tools and goods with set intentions for others to self-master and self-regulate for optimum and stable living. 100% proceeds go back to community services. I has taken Urban Brujetta to fashion week Spring 2022 to highlight fashion and arts while promoting Mental health and Wellness.
I invest most of my time in developing and managing community based businesses that assist the community with therapeutic services through health insurance and the public health care system.
I come from 2 B city’s. Boston and Baltimore in the early 80’s. Both city’s strickened with drugs, my father would ultimately suffer from drug addiction and die before I turned 13. My “clairs” ability to interact with the spirit realm was evident soon after his death but convinced myself it was in “my head” to cope with my grief. But it wouldn’t be until 37, that I’d accept my spiritual gifts. I now utilize my gifts to help assist with mind, body and spirit deaths and rebirths as a Death and Transition Doula and Urban Shaman. While to some people, I am seen as weird or unique, my ancestral culture would play a roll in my knowledge of self. Soon after accepting my gifts I find I am 3rd generation root to the Trail of Tears and my direct descendants trace back to 1451 in America. One of the original native cultures. My heritage would bring together what my differences were to help others better understand theirs differences within themselves that gives them insecurities about me.
I am the founder, of Aura Zen AI, an app designed to help connect individuals to crisis response, a mental health advisor and connections to resources. Its due to launch Summer 2024.
I am currently working on Spiritual Interior Design that focus on healing places and spaces utilizing tools like crystals, horticulture, and art.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

My skill to adapt, my knowledge of learning and my ability to be self-sufficient is what made my journey most impactful.
My advice is to listen to those who have taken the path. Often times, when the path seems different its not that much different, so overstanding the similarities will get you far. Especially with goal setting.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

My biggest area of growth is me letting go of having to be all together before putting myself out there to be seen publicly. I have lots to offer in assisting humanity move forward in this world post pandemic. My procrastinating prolonged getting through goal initiations and reward reaping. This limited me in areas that I needed to strengthen. Growth can only occur when you try! Never Stop, Keep Going!
