Chip, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
For a long time in my life I didn’t know what my purpose was. I knew that I had core common principles in which I believed in. Those core common principles were work hard, do right, treat people right and put myself around good people. I knew that I wanted to make my family proud of the things I did on a day to day basis. I also knew that I wanted to make a positive impact on the people that I was blessed and fortunate to be around.

Eventually I started to learn things along that journey. I learned things about the world but more importantly I learned so much about myself. This enabled me to live, learn, serve and inspire. I found out that we must live a life where we are not afraid to live and make mistakes. That is where we have growth in our life. It allows us to learn so much. Once I learned I found that it is important to serve. We serve others by sharing what we learned and our experiences. This will allow them to move efficiently and effectively. In doing that I realized that those actions are inspiring to others.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am a fourth generation educator. I have been a teacher/coach for over twenty three years. I am a multiple time best-selling Author, Youtuber/Podcaster, Transformational Speaker and Life Coach.

I am the creator of the youtube channel/podcast “Chip Baker – The Success Chronicles” where I interview people from all walks of life and shares their stories for positive inspiration and motivation.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
My mission is to take care of people that take care of people. I do that by providing knowledge that gives them a heightened sense of awareness of what they have to offer the world to make it better. This cycle is important because it gives them clarity and sets them on an intentional path of greatness.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
I believe that we all have been influenced by something or someone in our lives. We are influenced in such a manner that it impacts us and causes us to be who we are. I have been blessed to have come in contact with so many people that have made a positive difference in my life. I am a product of a whole lot of people loving me.

This is why I started my book series “The Impact of Influence”. The Impact of Influence book series is overflowing with wisdom from myself and other powerful influencers who have discovered their paths to success. They are influencing many and impacting generations. The inspirational stories within the pages of these books will inspire you to make a positive difference for those around you.

This empowering compilation highlights powerful influencers that have faced challenges head on, learned from them and pulled the blessings from the lessons. They now impact our world in an amazing way.
