We recently connected with Chip Baker and have shared our conversation below.

Chip, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I’ve found my purpose and clarity through four key factors: Environments, experiences, relationships and clarity. Environments include the places I have spent my time and the surroundings I have experienced. Experiences include the events and activities that have shaped my life and broadened my horizons. Relationships have been the connections I have made with others and the impact they have had on me. Actions are the choices and steps I taken that have either held me back or propelled me forward.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am a fourth generation educator. I have been a teacher/coach for over twenty five years. I am a multiple time best-selling Author (25 books), Youtuber/Podcaster and Transformational Speaker. 

I am the creator of the youtube channel/podcast “Chip Baker – The Success Chronicles” where I interview people from all walks of life and shares their stories for positive inspiration and motivation.

My mission is to take care of people who take care of people by providing a heightened awareness of who they are and how their experiences can help them make our world better. I teach them what they need to know to be able to help others and I strive to connect them with people that may be able to benefit their growth process.

My niche/target is Students, Educational Leaders and Business Leaders. I love pouring into others to help them develop.
People know me from the inspiration statement that I always use, “Go get it!”

New events that I have recently released are the Short Documentary (Re) Connected – Chip X Gabe, The Impact of Influence Vol 10 book and Go Get It, 7 Principles to Live a Legacy book.

(Re)Connected – Chip X Gabe is a story of an unexpected reconnection between a coach and his athlete in a season where they both needed each other. Produced by Gabe Fogleman, this documentary is a testament to the human spirit and the impact one person can have on another.

The Impact of Influence Vol. 10, Living and Leaving a Legacy is overflowing with wisdom from visionary author, Chip Baker, and other powerful influencers who have discovered their paths to success. There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The qualities that have had the most profound impact on my journey have been striving for WISDOM, having good INTENTIONS, making SACRIFICES, and cherishing the EXPERIENCES I have been fortunate to have. I’ve witnessed people make sacrifices for my success, and I know the incredible feeling it brings, so I’ve made it a point to do the same for others. Ultimately, I believe I’m blessed to be a blessing to others.

I have been very fortunate to be raised by a good family with a firm foundation of faith, hard work and service. There have been several members that have been great examples for me to learn from. I have also been influenced and impacted by the community I was raised in, my college experience and in the journey of my career. These experiences have been transformational for me.
