Meet Chloe Driese

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Chloe Driese. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Chloe below.

Hi Chloe , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My work ethic comes from my parents—they always tell me to try my best and never give up. I also want to make my coach proud because they saw something special in me, and I don’t want to let them down. Working hard helps me get better every day, and I love seeing how far I can go!

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’m Chloe Driese, and I’m an 8-year-old gymnast who loves practicing and learning new skills in gymnastics. What’s most exciting for me is how much there is to discover in this sport and how every little improvement makes me feel stronger and more confident.

I’m also really excited to be launching a new YouTube segment called ‘Let’s Talk Gymnastics,’ where I’ll be interviewing established gymnasts and coaches. It’s a fun way for me to learn from the best and share their advice with other young athletes like me! I can’t wait to bring everyone along for this journey and inspire others to chase their dreams too.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, I think three important things for me have been determination, coachability, and balance. Determination has helped me stick with gymnastics, even when things get tough. Being coachable is really important because listening to my coach and parents has made me improve faster. And balance, not just in my routines, but balancing practice with school and fun time, keeps me motivated.

For anyone just starting, I would say to always give your best effort, be open to feedback, and don’t forget to have fun. Those are the things that will help you grow and enjoy the journey.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

Yes, I’m always excited to collaborate! I’m looking to partner with gymnasts, coaches, and brands who share a love for gymnastics and inspiring young athletes. Whether it’s for my YouTube segment, ‘Let’s Talk Gymnastics,’ or working together on something fun for the gymnastics community, I’m open to ideas!

If you’re interested in collaborating, you can reach out to me via email at chloe@driese.com. I’d love to hear from you!
