Meet Chloé Haddad

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Chloé Haddad. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Chloé, so happy to have you with us today and there is so much we want to ask you about. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others developed certain skills or qualities that we are struggling with can be helpful. Along those lines, we’d love to hear from you about how you developed your ability to take risk?

I developed my ability to take risks through a combination of life experiences and a mindset rooted in resilience and curiosity. From a young age, I’ve always been one to jump right in, trusting my instincts and embracing challenges. Moving to America at 18, before the convenience of cellphones or email, was one of my first big leaps. It taught me early on that life rewards courage and adaptability.

I’ve always approached life with the question: What’s the worst that can happen? If I fail, I see it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and apply those lessons to my next adventure or business endeavor. Failure doesn’t scare me; stagnation does.

For me, the key to taking risks lies in adaptability and trust—letting life unfold as it’s meant to, while being proactive in shaping the outcomes I desire. Manifestation is powerful, but it must be backed by hard work. You can dream all you want, but success only comes when you’re willing to put in the effort to turn those dreams into reality.

Taking risks has never been about recklessness for me; it’s about the willingness to grow through the unknown and trust in the journey.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and entrepreneur, dedicated to helping people find balance, healing, and empowerment in their lives. My work is rooted in a deep belief in the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing space where individuals can reconnect with themselves and cultivate wellness.

What excites me most about my work is witnessing the transformation that can happen when people prioritize their well-being. Whether it’s a client leaving a massage feeling lighter, a yoga student discovering newfound strength and flexibility, or someone inspired by the entrepreneurial journey I’ve shared, it’s incredibly fulfilling to be a part of their growth.

My brand is about more than just physical healing; it’s about helping people embrace their fullest potential and live life with intention. I’m always exploring new ways to expand my offerings, from continuing education, to workshops and retreats, I also love to collaborate with like-minded professionals.

Currently, I’m focusing on integrating mindfulness into all aspects of my services. Whether it’s teaching yoga flows that encourage presence or creating massage techniques that combine physical release with emotional balance, my goal is to meet people where they are and help them move forward.

I’m also passionate about community and love sharing the lessons I’ve learned as a business owner and teacher. I believe in lifting others up, and I’m always open to new opportunities to connect, collaborate, and grow together.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Three Most Important Qualities, Skills, and Areas of Knowledge:
    1.    Resilience and Self-Reliance
Raising children in America without extended family support while my husband was often away required incredible strength, patience, and the ability to juggle multiple roles. I became a mother, father, cook, nurse, and more, all while navigating long, demanding days.
    2.    Multitasking and Organization
Returning to work and managing up to four jobs while raising teenagers taught me the art of prioritization, time management, and adaptability. This period underscored the importance of staying organized and focused, even when life felt overwhelming.
    3.    Courage and Reinvention
Facing divorce in my early 40s and rebuilding my life from scratch to create a successful business exemplifies courage and determination. It’s a testament to starting over, believing in myself, and pursuing growth despite setbacks.

Advice for Those Early in Their Journey:
    •    Embrace Failure
Don’t fear making mistakes—own them, learn from them, and use them as stepping stones to grow. Every setback holds a lesson that can propel you forward.
    •    Stay True to Yourself
Listen to your heart and pursue what feels authentic to you, not what others expect. Living in alignment with your values will guide you toward success and fulfillment.
    •    Keep Moving Forward
Focus on the beauty of what lies ahead rather than dwelling on the past. Progress might be slow, but persistence will eventually yield incredible results.
    •    Balance Work and Self-Care
Even when life demands juggling many roles, prioritize your well-being. Rest, patience, and inner strength will keep you grounded and capable.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

When I feel overwhelmed, I turn to my trusted practices to reset and recharge:
    1.    Yoga, Meditation, and Journaling
These help me center myself, process emotions, and regain focus. Yoga grounds my body, meditation clears my mind, and journaling helps me untangle my thoughts and find clarity.
    2.    Self-Care Check-In
I evaluate how much sleep I’ve been getting and pay attention to my diet. Both are foundational to managing stress and maintaining emotional balance.
    3.    Managing Seasonal Affective Disorder (SADS)
If the weather is dreary and I’m feeling low, I’ll sit in my infrared sauna, which helps lift my mood and rejuvenates me. I also turn to a comforting cup of Earl Grey tea, which acts as a natural antidepressant.

Advice and Strategies for Others:
    •    Find What Grounds You: Whether it’s yoga, walking, or quiet reflection, discover activities that help you feel centered.
    •    Nurture Your Physical Well-Being: Good sleep and nutrition can do wonders for your mental health.
    •    Create a Comfort Routine: Small rituals like sipping tea, lighting a candle, or sitting in the sunlight can provide solace during overwhelming times.
    •    Be Gentle with Yourself: Overwhelm is natural. Give yourself grace, take breaks, and remember that this moment will pass.
