Meet Chloe Panta

We were lucky to catch up with Chloe Panta recently and have shared our conversation below.

Chloe, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I didn’t find my purpose in one defining moment—it revealed itself slowly, through the seasons of my life. At first, I was searching for clarity outside of myself: in jobs, relationships, and external achievements. But it wasn’t until I got quiet and started listening inward that I realized my purpose had been with me all along. It showed up in the way I wrote, how I held space for others, and in the questions I couldn’t stop asking about truth, transformation, and meaning.

My purpose became clear when I gave myself permission to follow what felt alive: writing words that move people, helping others remember their inner power, and creating safe, soul-aligned spaces for growth. Purpose isn’t something I chased—it’s something I remembered, piece by piece, each time I chose alignment over expectation.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

At my core, I’m a writer, guide, and creative who believes in the transformative power of storytelling. Through my brand, ChloePanta.co, I create spaces for personal evolution. Whether that’s through words that stir the soul, curated writing experiences, or tools that support clarity and creative alignment. I work at the intersection of self-discovery, artistry, and gentle empowerment.

What makes this work special to me is how personal it is. Every offering, every project, begins with a question I’ve had to answer for myself: Who am I without the noise? What do I really want? How can I live in a way that feels true? From there, I craft content and experiences that help others reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

Right now, I’m in an exciting period of expansion. I’m working on a writing project and focusing on creative wellness, mindset, and sustainable success for writers and artists.

What I want people to know is this: your story matters. Your dreams aren’t random. And even when the path looks messy or nonlinear, you are not behind—you’re becoming.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The three most impactful qualities in my journey have been resilience, self-trust, and a deep understanding of energy and alignment.

Resilience taught me how to keep showing up—even when things didn’t unfold how I imagined. It’s not about being unshakable; it’s about choosing to return to yourself after each setback with more grace. For anyone starting out, resilience is built by taking small, consistent steps even when no one is watching or cheering you on. That’s where your inner strength is formed.

Self-trust has been the foundation of everything. The moment I stopped outsourcing my worth or waiting for permission, things shifted. Developing self-trust starts with listening to your intuition—and actually honoring it. Try journaling your inner nudges, following what feels expansive, and letting go of what drains you.

And lastly, learning to work with energy and alignment changed how I create, launch, and move through the world. I stopped forcing things and started creating from a place of joy and clarity. My advice here is simple: protect your peace, rest when your body asks, and trust that the right opportunities meet you when you’re in integrity with yourself.

When you’re in the beginning stages, it’s easy to think you need to hustle your way to success. But the truth is, when you know who you are—and you’re aligned with what you’re offering—momentum becomes inevitable.

What would you advise – going all in on your strengths or investing on areas where you aren’t as strong to be more well-rounded?

I used to think I had to be well-rounded to succeed—that I needed to be great at everything, even the things that drained or discouraged me. But over time, I realized that the magic happens when we go all in on our strengths. That’s where momentum, confidence, and fulfillment live.

Your strengths are the places where your soul speaks the loudest. They’re not random—they’re clues to where you’re meant to lead and thrive. When we pour into what we do well—whether that’s writing, connecting, strategizing, or creating—we move with ease and attract aligned opportunities.

That said, I don’t believe in ignoring our weak spots entirely. But instead of obsessing over them, I’ve learned to partner with people whose strengths complement mine, or use tools that support me. For example, I used to struggle with structuring launch timelines and backend tech. Instead of forcing myself to become an expert in every system, I simplified what I could and reached out for help when needed. That freed up my energy to focus on my zone of genius—storytelling and creating transformational experiences.

So my advice is this: know your strengths. Trust them. Hone them. Let them carry your vision. And where you feel blocked or stuck, ask yourself—is this something I need to master, or something I can release or delegate? You don’t have to be everything. You just have to be you, fully.
