Meet Chloe Street

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Chloe Street. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Chloe below.

Chloe, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

My journey to confidence was a combination of investing in my mindset, taking intentional action, and committing to self-discovery. Rather than sharing my entire life story, I’ll share some tips on how I went from insecure to confident—and how you can too. These insights not only helped me unlock my full potential, but may also serve as a compass on your path to confidence and courage. Here are transformative mindset shifts that propelled me to take action, ignited my self-discovery journey, and guided me toward confident living.

1) Your Inner World Shapes Your Reality. Take full responsibility for your mental and emotional well-being. Train your mind towards positivity and self-encouragement.

2) Soften Your Expectations. Expectations are self-created ideas of how things ‘should’ be. When you release attachment to outcomes you can’t control, you can focus on the process, let go of unrealistic standards, and release unnecessary self-imposed pressure.

3) Practice Gratitude. Insecurities focus on lack; confidence focuses on possibility. By not taking little moments or ordinary pleasures for granted, you shift from lack to possibility and prime your mind to appreciate what’s present, not absent.

4) Be Present. Confidence is cultivated in the present. We rarely think about the present moment, constantly dwelling on our past or anticipating the future, which kills our confidence. Embrace where you are—there’s simply nowhere else to be.

5) Welcome Change. We all hate change, but we underestimate how adaptable and flexible we truly are. Change is inevitable, recognize your adaptability to overcome every challenge with your resilience and confidence.

6) Choose Courage Over Fear. Ask yourself: “Is fear or courage driving my actions?” You become more powerful when you live from a place of courage. Confidence is built by feeling your fear and doing the thing anyway.

7) Embrace Imperfection. Perfection doesn’t make you a superhero. This mindset only breeds anxiety and self-doubt. Strive for progress, not flawlessness. Remember, you’re perfectly human.

8) Become Your Own Best Friend. Learning to accept and care for yourself isn’t selfish. It is essential for building confidence. When you relate to yourself with kindness, you allow yourself to step into your potential.

9) Drop The Masks. You become more confident when you stop pretending and refuse to let societal norms dictate your life. Release this endless quest to impress others and make yourself happy.

10) Your Thoughts Aren’t Facts. Challenge your internal narratives and learn to question them. Don’t be fooled by the stories you tell yourself. Notice the narratives and identify what you want to believe instead.

By consistently working on these mindset shifts, I developed an unshakeable confidence. I hope you feel empowered to explore your full potential and create a life you love living.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Imagine a world where we embrace our shared humanness and feel empowered to live up to our fullest potential. That’s the vision I, Chloe Street, am bringing to life through Human To Human (HTH). My journey? It’s a tale of corporate success, inner turmoil, and ultimately, a quest to make my life an epic and meaningful adventure.

I started my career climbing the corporate ladder in Human Resources, first in finance, then in technology, ticking all the boxes of conventional success. But beneath the surface, I felt a nagging sense of disconnect and dissatisfaction. Why did my achievements feel hollow? This internal struggle became the catalyst for a transformation that would redefine my perspective on life and work. With just the right amount of courage and a handful of certifications, I stepped away from corporate life, driven to bridge the gap between professional success and personal fulfillment.

The result?

Human To Human (HTH), a movement redefining how we connect, grow, and thrive in both personal and professional realms. As a life strategist, leadership coach, culture consultant, and connection facilitator, I create experiences that help clients uncover their “game changers”—the pivotal tools, skills, and mindsets that ignite positive change and unveil new possibilities.

My approach is holistic, viewing both individuals and companies as living entities with three vital components:

1) Mind: Leadership (vision)
2) Body: Employees (performers and doers)
3) Soul: Culture (work environment and values)

This philosophy is core to all of my services. Whether I’m delivering a keynote, leading retreats, designing group workshops, or teaching mindfulness, my goal remains consistent: to amplify the power of human connection.

The HTH game is a tangible extension of my philosophy. With 100 thought-provoking conversation starters, it’s designed to bypass surface-level chitchat and spark meaningful dialogue. HTH is a fun and engaging way to deepen your relationships with yourself and others by delving into the heart of what truly matters.

HTH is always looking to partner with mission-driven companies and organizations through partnerships, collaborations, and events. Each initiative is an opportunity for others to join our movement and connect Human To Human.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Three key elements were instrumental in shaping my path to becoming a purpose-driven entrepreneur.

1) Using Curiosity as a Compass: Curiosity became my driving force, helping me combat fear and embrace uncertainty. It’s the tool that bypasses judgment and shame, leading to discovery and action. As an entrepreneur, curiosity became my secret weapon, encouraging me to lean into the unknown, approach challenges as learning opportunities, and continuously achieve my goals. My curious approach didn’t just launch my business—it continues to sustain it. Don’t hold yourself back because you don’t have all the answers; give yourself permission to remain curious and push past your comfort zone.

2) Forming Inspiring Connections: Relationships are the foundation of our lives. Surrounding myself with inspiring individuals was and continues to be critical to my success and growth. Establishing a like-minded community of forward thinkers helps me stay motivated, uncover innovative solutions, and share valuable insights. Seek out mentors, friends, and groups that help you navigate the highs and lows while keeping you in the game. Their support will remind you that you’re not alone in your quest and motivate you to pursue everything you desire.

3) Cultivating Self-Awareness as a Superpower: Building self-awareness transforms your life. Once I realized that our inner world (i.e., our perspective) shapes our outer reality, I was able to significantly improve the quality of my life. By cultivating self-awareness, I recognized that I was living from a place of fear, operating on autopilot. This profound insight empowered me to embrace the universal law of perspective: I could continue living this way or change my approach. In that moment, I understood that my mind could be my own worst enemy or my best friend; most importantly, I knew I had the power of choice. Each insight became a catalyst for change, shifting me from merely going through the motions to intentionally creating a life I loved living. Self-awareness is a powerful tool that will get you from where you are to where you want to be.

In summary, my advice would be to bet on yourself. Let your curiosity win over your fear, find the people that inspire you, and deeply get to know yourself. Remember, most of your life is spent in the mundane day-to-day, not in the milestone moments, so start small and start now, otherwise you may never begin. You’ve got this!

How would you describe your ideal client?

I work with clients who are interested in their growth and committed to realizing their potential. These individuals recognize an inner call for change and are eager to explore what’s possible if they invest in themselves. They care deeply, want to experience life fully, and feel excited by the journey of self-discovery. They’re ready to challenge the status quo, lead by example, and build lives of purpose, fulfillment, and courage.

My clients wear many hats: high-performing achievers, growth-oriented leaders, and mission-driven organizations. Beneath these titles lies a shared understanding: our greatest potential isn’t found in technology or spreadsheets, but rather in our ability to connect human to human.

I partner with decision-makers and change-makers who recognize that success isn’t just about outputs and numbers; it’s about the people who drive them. My clients are acutely aware of the challenges facing modern workplaces: rising employee disengagement and burnout, communication gaps hindering productivity and innovation, the need for stronger team effectiveness with trust, and the struggle to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

My clients are receptive to innovative approaches and value personal development as the key to professional development. They’re seeking more than just another standard training program; they want a transformative experience to drive culture enrichment, business success, and employee fulfillment. They understand that in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, developing emotionally intelligent employees equipped to navigate complex human dynamics offers a significant competitive advantage.

If you’re ready to become an inspired leader, not just in your career but in every aspect of life, let’s connect. It’s about time you achieve everything you desire.
