We were lucky to catch up with Chloe Taylor recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Chloe, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
Yes, my father taught me everything that has shaped my work ethic. He has always served as my role model for diligence and commitment. By watching him I learned the values of working hard, never quitting and pursuing my goals with passion at a young age.

“If you put in the time and effort, there is nothing that you can’t do”, is a quote he said that I live by. It’s not only about reaching goals; But it’s also about the journey, the commitment, and the fulfillment that comes from knowing you gave it your all.

In conclusion my work ethic is a combination of my own adventurous spirit, a lot of commitment, and a lot of Dad’s wisdom!

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m Chloe, your go-to girl for all things fun, fashionable and uplifting. My passion for style and self-expression was the driving force for my platform. Who wouldn’t want to pose in gorgeous outfits and strut their stuff?

While you might not find me walking down runways in designer fashion shows, you’ll definitely find me on Instagram, sharing a little piece of my world. Think of it as a personal vlog where I’m your virtual girl friend, lifting spirits and brightening your day.

I’m not here to bombard you with brand collabs or sponsors. Nope, my feed is all about love, understanding, and inclusivity. I’m like your daily dose of positivity, reminding you that it’s okay to be yourself, quirks and all. It’s about embracing our unique journeys, celebrating the wins, and appreciating the simple moments.

I know life can throw curveballs, and sometines we all need a breather from our worries. That’s where I come in with that laughter-inducing post, or that feel-good message that brightens your feed and, hopefully, your day. Whether it’s sharing my own experiences, goofy stories, behind the scenes of a photoshoot or just a selfie, my aim is to make you feel better and included.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back on my journey, three of the qualities that have been immensely impactful are:

Determination: It has been essential to be able to set goals and pursue them with tenacity. It’s about persevering through difficulties, maintaining concentration on your objectives, and not allowing failures to discourage you.

Relationship Building: A key component of my path has been establishing deep ties with other people. Family, friends, business associates, and lastly the ties I have with my followers have all been quite valuable.

Consistency: One other component of a successful recipe is consistency! Being constant is like the steady beat that keeps you going forward, whether you’re pursuing your passions, developing a job, or working toward personal goals.

My advice: Define your goals clearly, break them into manageable steps, and stay committed even when the road gets tough. Embrace change, be open to learning new things, and view challenges as opportunities for growth. Cultivate genuine relationships, be a good communicator, and value the people around you. A strong network can provide support, guidance, and opportunities.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
I began the previous year with a small number of followers on Instagram, but now we are over 42,000! However, numbers aren’t everything. The relationships, shared experiences and encouragement from my people, really made an impact! You know that all their comments, likes and messages have kept me going right?

But the growth has not been restricted to the virtual world only. I have also undergone some significant personal growth. This has taught me to accept change more readily and become adaptable. And rather than focusing on the destination alone, I have learned to find joy in the journey. Stepping out of my comfort zone and taking risks has been one of the things that I had to do this year and it has been immensely rewarding!

And ultimately, I can celebrate this wonderful community around me. Their support, motivation and passion have kept my spirits high. They are why I can dare new things and reach new heights.
