Hi Chris , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
I develop my confidence by stacking up little wins on a daily basis, and eventually those little wins turn into major big wins. Those big wins are where I drive my confidence from and start to truly learn what I am capable of doing. Start by making your bed in the morning, going to the gym, or taking one step in the right direction towards building your business. Whatever it is, just make sure you hold yourself accountable for what you tell yourself you’re going to do. This is what I do and how I build my confidence and self-esteem.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I am a former pro football player turned Entrepreneur. I am in the business of social media marketing. I’m the founder and CEO of CB3 Media, which is a world-wide social media marketing agency that specializes in Paid Ads, Video Editing, Social Media Management and social media mentorship. With my extensive knowledge and experience, I’ve helped businesses grow and take them from the thousands to the multi millions. I manage many high level clients who have aired on the TV show ABC SharkTank, featured on QVC, GoodMorning America, etc.. Some of these clients include Shredskinz, Nightcap, and The Scrubbie, all of which are businesses that pitched to the sharks on ABC Shark Tank. What makes my agency different than any other agency is three simple things: the genuine personal relationship I build with my clients, 24/7 direct support, and that my agency is results focused to guarantee that all my clients have a massive Return On Investment. My agency is on track to be the number one leading agency in the world, and I won’t settle for anything less.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three main qualities that have been the most impactful on my success are confidence, work ethic and awareness. In order to be successful in any field, you must have the confidence of a winner and know that you’re the best at what you do. However, without a strong, consistent work ethic, you will never become the best, nor see the progress you’re striving for. Lastly, you need to have a sense of awareness and position yourself for success, meaning recognizing upcoming trends, shifts in the economy, and once in a lifetime opportunities. If you work smarter, not harder, you will separate yourself from the average person, and success will come to you much quicker.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal client would be any business or entrepreneur that has a strong desire to build further and grow their brand and has a passion for improving the world. My clients must believe in their own product or service and be willing to do whatever it takes to see themselves succeed, while also understanding that not every day can be a good day, and the journey will not always be easy. Even during those times you’re facing adversity, you have to see to future of the brand, trust the process, and not let failure be an option. If you’re fully committed to the success of your brand, there’s no way you can fail.
