Meet Christian Belle

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Christian Belle. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Christian , we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?
My grandfather! Before his passing, he was in the process of starting a foundation to help feed the hungry and homeless in the community. He was passionate about charitable work and helping the less fortunate.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am Christian Belle and I am an aspiring serial entrepreneur, looking to create, inspire and be inspired. I work at a Trauma Center as a Patient Access Representative by day but by night and during my free time, I am a dance teacher and a freelance makeup artist. I’ve been dancing since the age of three years old and quickly transitioned into teaching after I graduated high school. As far as my journey as a makeup artist, in college I practiced applying eyeshadows on my friends and really enjoyed it, so I started practicing full glam looks and when the finished product came out great I thought to myself “I could do this for a living” and I’ve been loving it ever since.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I would describe myself as an innovative, hard working and resilient young woman. As a child, when other kids wanted to be a doctor, a lawyer or the president, I told my mom, I wanted to be a ballerina. She laughed because that was very different but it was honest. I was determined to be the best ballerina I could be and that’s how I stood out from everyone around me, I was my true and authentic self. I picked something I liked to do and continued to work at it. I was creative, I knew what I wanted and I went after it. I knew that nothing in this world would come easy and it will take hard work to accomplish my goals and not giving up when I heard the word “no” was also a key factor. There’s tons of people in the world who were dismissed and disregarded before their success. All successful people can attest to the fact that, it takes a lot of trial and error moments before you see any progression.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
The most knowledge and support I’ve received was from my family. I know it’s cliche but I am extremely family oriented and I can honestly say that I would not be who I am, nor would I be where I am without the guidance and wisdom I’ve received from my family. My grandfather use to always say “Family is not just an important thing. It’s everything.” and he was right.
