Meet Christiano Green

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Christiano Green. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Christiano, so excited to talk about all sorts of important topics with you today. The first one we want to jump into is about being the only one in the room – for some that’s being the only person of color or the only non-native English speaker or the only non-MBA, etc Can you talk to us about how you have managed to be successful even when you were the only one in the room that looked like you?
This one spoke to me on a deep level. I have walked into so many rooms where I have been the only gay person, or the only queer person and I would stick out for that. I used to think sticking out was a bad thing because I felt like the path I was walking was harder and that I was constantly being judged for these things instead of on merit. I’ve dealt with a lot of discrimination in my past and I believe it can either make you or break you. I had to do a lot of work on myself to be able to see myself as who I am instead of through others eyes. It pushed me into leadership and becoming a CEO because I said if there isn’t a paved path for me to go down then I need to lead and create that myself. This is what led me to creating Queer Quest which is the world’s first online personal development platform specifically for the queer community. I know what it is like being the only one in the room and I wanted to create a room that we are the majority and one that feels safe for people to be vulnerable enough to be themselves and grow and evolve from that point. I can now go into any room and if I feel like I stand out, then I reframe it to be for all the right reasons because being me is enough.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am both the CEO & Founder of Queer Quest and a Transformation Coach for Woke Queer Humans. I founded Queer Quest a year ago and we just launced in September of 2024. It has been a year long process of creating, researching, and building the world’s first online personal development platform solely for the queer community. It is a place where queer people can come to learn, heal, grow, and transform from expert queer coaches, healers, teachers, and gurus from all around the world. It is a place where queer people can build a supportive and loving community of other woke queer humans who are ready to not only transform their lives but help make the lives of other queer humans better. New courses are dropped every single month so your journey never needs to end. I love what I get to do as CEO as I get to build a brand, an empire, and a community that I wish I had when I was growing up. The great thing about Queer Quest is you get to choose the level of support and learning you want to take on. It can be as simple or as customised as you need it to be. You are the driver and we are the vehicle and yes I did just use a car analogy on a queer audience, how very straight of me. If you are curious about learning more, I run a weekly webinar that uncovers the 3 secrets you need to know on How to Love Your Queer Self Unapologetically Without the Weight of Societys Disapproval. If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I would say at the top of the list is resilience to keep going. I have had to overcome huge amounts of rejection on my pathway to where I am today and I have been knocked down more times than I can remember. There were times when I wanted to quit, that I thought I have chosen the wrong path, that quitting my high paying corporate job was a mistake, and that I was a total failure. But the thought of going backwards and not living my passion was the driving force to keep going. I have learnt to be resilient and to find a way forward, to create a path if it is not paved, to knock down a wall if there was no door, and to smile through the rejection and reframe it as a redirection. I am blessed to build resilience for sure.

The next would be certainty. I am certain this is my path, I am certain that there is a need for Queer Quest. I am certain that I have what it takes to lead this company and make it a global phenomenon, not just for me, but for ALL the queer humans out there who are ready to wake up and take action in their lives so they can live authentically and joyfully, whatever that looks like for them, along with making this world a better place for queer people all around the world. I can’t say I have felt certain about many things in life, but this is one that my certainly has no ceiling.

The final one is authenticity. As there hasn’t been someone who has done what I have done before and this is the first of its kind, I have had to be creative, I have had to be business savvy, and I have had to trust myself completely even when I had no proof in front of me that this was even going to work out. I had to do things my way and me living my life authentically and making decisions authentically to who I am has helped me solve so many problems and also allow me to keep my head held high as I navigate my way through building an empire.

If you are someone out there wanting to develop or improve these skills then I would say that being an entrepreneur is the world’s best personal development program if you let it be. You have to work through so many negative beliefs and thought patterns in order to be able to grow and develop your business the way you want it to be. So if you are serious about what you want to do, then be willing to deal with the BS stories that you’ve been telling yourself as to why you aren’t good enough, or why you haven’t started. If you need someone to bust those then reach out and let me show you within 15 minutes of talking to you what needs to shift and change so you can get there.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
I love this question because it gets me to really go deep and narrow down the list of what makes someone ideal for me to work with. Being a transformation coach for woke queer humans attracts a very specific type of client. When it comes to being queer, that can be easier on the list as it is anyone who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Being a human is pretty clear and I’d like to think that most people on this planet are humans but if you know the difference then you are my kind of client. The final and the main characteristic that makes someone an ideal client is woke. This means that someone is ready, willing, and able to be awakened to the truth of who they are, the truth of what’s happening in the world around them, the truth of what’s really going on in their life, and the truth of what needs to change or shift in order for them to have what they truly desire. If someone is ready for that deep level of awakening then they are my ideal client as I like to only speak in the truth of what I see, what I know, and what I feel and it takes a certain kind of human who is ready for the truth even when it is delivered in the most beautiful packaging.
