Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Christina Avila. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Christina , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I get my work ethic from my parents whom I recently lost.
They Taught me how to work hard and do your best no matter the outcome.
They Taught me to leave work at work and not to bring it home with you

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m an East Coast Promoter Based Out Of Fairfield Connecticut
I am pursuing this because of my both parents.
As a kid I was brought up with listening to different kinds of music.
I grew up listening to the big bands, swing music to blues, jazz, classic rock and some hard rock and metal.
I was brought up and still enjoy listening to Arabic and Spanish Music

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I grew up with siblings and family coming over, there was music on.

I went to a Cuban Club where they had dances abd parties of all sorts.
My dad was one of the founding members of it.

Whenever I Would go out with my parents my dad would have music whether it was Spanish or another form of music in the car going on errands or visiting family or going to church on Sundays
