Christina, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
My resilience is deeply rooted in my upbringing and the exemplary resilience demonstrated by my father, Albert J. DiArcangelo, Sr. Witnessing his unwavering advocacy for blue-collar workers from a labor standpoint left an indelible mark on me.
My father’s commitment to standing up for the rights of working-class individuals created a strong foundation for my own resilience. This early exposure to the importance of advocacy, fairness, and tenacity became the cornerstone of my professional journey, shaping her into a tireless advocate and leader who champions the rights and well-being of others in my diverse and impactful career.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back on my journey, three qualities that proved impactful were resilience, adaptability, and a continuous thirst for knowledge. Resilience empowered me to overcome challenges, adaptability allowed me to navigate changing landscapes, and a commitment to lifelong learning fueled my growth. For those starting their journey, I advise cultivating resilience by viewing setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. Also, it has enabled me to be brave enough as an Entrepreneur to launch new ventures and projects through out the years.
Embrace adaptability by remaining open to change and proactively seeking new skills. Foster a hunger for knowledge, as staying informed and curious fuels innovation.
Surround yourself with mentors and peers, learn from their experiences, and never underestimate the power of networking. Remember, the journey is as much about the process as it is about the destination.

My father instilled invaluable lessons, emphasizing the importance of speaking up against injustice, advocating for my beliefs, tenacity in the face of challenges, and the resilience to rise after every fall. These principles formed the bedrock of my journey, shaping my approach to leadership and advocacy. His wisdom resonates in my commitment to stand up for what’s right, persevere in the face of adversity, and embody a spirit of unwavering determination. These early lessons from my father continue to guide and inspire me, influencing every aspect of my professional and personal development.
