Meet Christina Lee

We were lucky to catch up with Christina Lee recently and have shared our conversation below.

Christina, thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?

I document everything even when I know very few people will care to view my life in the future – I know that I will always go back and watch video evidence of how I felt or behaved at a certain age and use the footage as concrete evidence that I have changed for the better or worse

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

During the day I work for a crisis PR firm as a writer and strategist but in my personal time I train for foot races and marathons though at a painfully normal person pace and try to document my life on social media

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1. Upload the video
2. But be thoughtful of how you present yourself to the world because someone will always disagree with you so be ready to stand your ground
3. Find time to disconnect

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

My first viewer and biggest supporter – my dad. He shows up for me in every new endeavor and is the first to view and like each and every form of content I upload.
