Meet Christina Morgan

We recently connected with Christina Morgan and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Christina with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
Honestly, I’m not sure. I’ve always loved working and being able to provide for myself for as long as I can remember. I grew up kinda poor but my parents always made sure we had everything we needed even if they struggled to get it. My parents divorced when I was young and I saw my mom struggled so i guess that pushed me to work.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m a photographer in a small town called Athens. We’re in the middle of Chattanooga and Knoxville Tn. I love capturing wedding, family’s and boudoir.
I love the feeling when my clients tell me they love their images and it’s always different than what they expect. I love pausing the moment for them to look back on. Photography has been very special to me ever since loosing loved ones and bringing in new life into this world. Looking back at how small my children were and seeing them grow so fast gives me that moment to hold on to.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
My advice to people are “never settle and never let anyone tell you that you can’t follow your dreams.” Don’t let anyone belittle you for doing what you love, even if you do have kids.
Your kids will look back and see that you’ve never given up and all you have done, you did for them.

Networking, communication/ relationship building, attention to details, .

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
Work life balance. Settings boundaries.
