We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Christine Reed a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Christine , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I’ve always been passionate about beauty and skincare, and my journey began with my own skin struggles. Battling scars and imperfections, I discovered the transformative power of the right products and techniques. When I started using Environ products, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin. This sparked my interest in the science behind skincare, leading me to collaborate with scientists and explore new technologies.

As I delved deeper into the world of beauty, I realized that my true purpose wasn’t just about achieving flawless skin for myself. It was about empowering others to feel their best. There’s something incredibly rewarding about doing someone’s makeup or helping them improve their skin and watching their confidence soar.

Through my beauty business, I aim to share the knowledge and tools that made a difference in my life, helping others shine and embrace their natural beauty. It’s this journey of learning, growing, and making a positive impact that has solidified my purpose in the beauty industry.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am incredibly excited about the transformative anti aging services. My mission is to help individuals achieve a more youthful appearance without the need for invasive procedures. The advancements in micro-needling technology has made it possible to stimulate the skin’s natural healing processes, promoting collagen production and enhancing overall skin texture and tone. This innovation offers a non-surgical alternative for those looking to rejuvenate their skin and regain a more youthful glow. What makes my approach truly special is working with scientists to place the Exosomes after the first part of the treatment. I understand that each person’s skin is unique, with its own set of challenges and needs. That’s why we take the time to thoroughly assess each client’s skin condition and concerns before developing a customized skincare plan. This ensures that my treatments are not only effective but also tailored to enhance the natural beauty of each individual. By combining micro-needling with customized skincare regimens, we can address a variety of skin issues, from fine lines and wrinkles to acne scars and hyperpigmentation. The results I have seen from our micro-needling treatments are nothing short of remarkable. Clients often report seeing a noticeable improvement in their skin’s appearance after just a few sessions. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The most impactful person on my journey has undoubtedly been my father. From the very beginning, he was full of inspiration and guidance. As an entrepreneur himself, he instilled in me the importance of dedication and persistence. He firmly believed that working on the same thing every day would eventually yield results. This lesson became the cornerstone of my approach to building my clientele. Watching him navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship taught me that success is not an overnight phenomenon but the result of consistent effort and unwavering commitment. My father always emphasized that if you dedicate yourself to something long enough and possess some talent, coupled with a kind demeanor, you will go far in life. This philosophy has been instrumental in shaping my career and business practices. It’s not just about having the skills but also about being a person of integrity and kindness. These values have helped me build lasting relationships with clients.
